Personally I don't usually post reviews but this place needs to improve ... I called early morning around 10:45 -11:00 pm I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm and I came in the time and they said to wait 10 min I ended up waiting 1:00 hour and 20 minutes .... usually I would have just left but I had the time to wait . I don't understand why they don't just hire more people to work or just turn people away .. the whole service was the owner literally speaking to people who walked in and she didn't even pay attention to the quality of her work ... so annoying personally I come to get my nails done to have some time for my self but it seems like left left stressed out more then relaxed ... would not go here again It was a last minute decision -@beautvane read more

Never coming here again!! First of all I wanted to get a mani and I clearly told the lady I'm here for a mani!! And then she proceeds to file and see her getting tips I was like umm no I said "Mani" she goes like why didn't you tell me in the first place I said, I did!! Then she asks me what color when I ask for the color I wanted she said oh no! Not that one?! Excuse me !? That's the color I want !! She tried to hand me all these other colors I didn't like so I was like no thank you! Can I just get a clear coat at this point!? BAD service.. she cut off a piece of my skin way to low and as you can see IT GOT INFECTED. nail lady did a very sloopy job that i had to clean MYSELF. She got the nail polish all over my fingers and when i told her she became angry. Very poor service do yourself a favor and do not waste your Money here!!! read more

I understand they are finding ways to stay in business during this time, but I showed up and asked if they were taking people only by appointment or if they were doing walk ins too. She said yes walk ins too. The lady said to come back in an hour. I gave her my name and said I'll be back in an hour. I return and she's working on two new girls. I' said I'm here for my appointment you said to come back in an hour. She then proceeds to tell me if I can you wait 30 more minutes. It's been longer than 30 mins. One of the worse places ever. The owner of the Salon is very rude you try telling her you want your nails a certain way she starts saying I know I know. She doesn't know cause she's not doing what you had requested. I understand there's language barrier but the moment you're trying to explain to her she totally cuts you off. She's always low staffed. Her and a lady are the only ones working at the salon and keeps welcoming people in and leaving them sitting soaking their feet waiting for an hour and 1/2 so they won't leave. It was ok the lady's were friendly, I went first off stating in specific what I wanted (coffin shaped matte finished) & said clearly I didn't want long nails & even showed a picture of an example of the desired length I wanted. At the end it was still longer then I wanted, she did it very quick, had to remind her again I wanted a matte finish after seeing she was putting clear polish. End of the night I'm $40 short I like them but just feel it wasn't worth that much!! & I didn't even get a design, or diamonds just plain. It's true, this place is the WORST!!! My nails are different shapes, asked her to fix it and she made it worse. Looks like a 2 year old painted my toes. I'm so upset and embarrassed of the way my nails look. When checking out, I told the lady how awful and unhappy I was with my nails, she just mumbled something and offered my a rewards card. This was my first time here. I usually go to luxury spa because you don't wait long but wanted to try this place since it's closer to home. Pleasantly surprised. It is clean and spacious and I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. The lady that helped me with my pedicure was nice. She took her time and did it all well and I really enjoyed and relaxed. I went to get my nails done for a wedding on September. The lady kept drilling my nails n she cut me on several fingers. N kept telling me to relax my hand I was relaxed. I came in on a Saturday to wax my lip and eyebrows I gave the lady that does the waxing specific instructions on how to do my eyebrows I told her don't mess with the shape just clean them and she said okay! She totally messed up the shape of my eyebrows and gave me a lame excused. I was very upset she had no reason to mess with the shape and eyebrows don't grow back super fast I will not go back or recommend. read more

Just got my eyebrows done with Lin she was very nice bug my eyebrows are on point. Good price $10.

I went in today because I was in desperate need of a fill. The lady, not sure of her name, kept telling me to relax my hands even when I was relaxed. She kept thumping her file against my knuckles. She drilled a hole in my thumb (underneath my nail) causing me to bleed. It was awful. I will never return to this place ever again!!! I am no longer surprised it was empty when I arrived! read more

As if I couldn't be more relaxed. So after I did not relax the way she wanted me to, she slapped my hand multiple times. I've been really contemplating on writing a review for two weeks now. I've been here a total of four times . The place is very welcoming and modern. I was exiting about this place opening since they had recently closed the one down the street and it's very convenient for me since I live around the corner. 1(eye brow wax)- The wax was super hot and once she was finished I was in pain. I wish I would have taken a picture bc the next day I woke up with little black spots from the burning. What topped everything was that the lady that did the eyebrow waxing was short and she literally was on top of my boobs!!!!! Very uncomfortable! 2. I wanted to give them a 2nd attempt! (Fake gel nails) they where super thick and for four days my real nails were in pain. Not to mention I had to constantly guide her on the process and tell her your forgetting this that. I've had gel nails done on the past on my regular nails and I am familiar with this process. The lady kept on adding multiple coats, when you don't have to add multiple on once cycle! 3. Went back and told them to remove the nails four days later. I couldn't stand the pain. When I arrived there, there was another girl complaining that she had received multiple cuts on a pedi and fake nails. One of her fake nails was a lot longer than the rest. She kept on telling the owner and the owner kept on telling her that they were fine. At last the owner tried filing her nail down and the girl told her that she would do it herself. They had done a horrible job on her nails. The girl and the mom complained and the owner ended charging her about half the regular price. Since this was happening as I was complaining to the owner, she agreed to remove the nails and add regular nail polish to mine as well( this was good considering I had already paid 35 dollars for a horrible job!!!) even the owner and two employees kept on saying that the nails were to thick! They took a picture and send it to the girl that had done my nails.The owner took a very log time removing them and on the middle finger of my right hand she completely removed multiple layers of my regular nails. I can say that she was really closed to removing my whole nail. I've been in soo much pain for about two weeks now. This is why I am writing this review. The owner kept on saying that I should go back in two weeks bc they would have more employees but never again!!!!!! If I could rate this place I would rate it a zero!!! read more

This place is terrible with acrylic nails and gel polish. I went in for a fill in on a Saturday and by Sunday the top coat of the gel polish was lifting and coming off. Also I noticed cracks on the side of two of my nails. I went in on Monday to get the problems fixed. Same guy who originally did my nails "fixed" the bad polish job and cracks. Then by Tuesday one of the nails he "fixed" had polish lifting too! The polish obviously did not set well but I can't believe even after going in twice I ended up with messed up nails. I should also mention during my pedicure the just put my feet in plain water. No foot soak or anything and the water was barely warm. Take my advice don't go to this place. read more

I went to get my nails done here and brought my own color in. They had the courage to still charge me the price for gel even though it was my own polish! Not only that, the shape was uneven on most of my fingers. The coffin shape was pointing to the side. They also have a wait less than 30 min. For the reason no one goes there, its empty.
