Then this guy tells me they're opening up another store in McKenna. Are you kidding me? You need to curate it to be appealing. Not look like a garage sale. This place could be so nice in the center of Old Town. Yelm. But instead it's a junk hole. So disappointing. My advice to you is to completely re-merchandise it and set it up completely differently. Talking to ai chat, and ai rep, I got no where. But once they sent me to the girl in drive up and go I was taken care of. She was so nice and said they will pick the order for me again and make sure I don't get the same doordash driver again. She even called me later to tell me the driver has the groceries in the car and on the way. Once they arrived I opened the door to a small plant and a sweet handwritten note apologizing from drive up and go. It made my day! The employees here seem to have a better attitude here than they do at the Spanaway store and actually get to know you.
