This is my favorite antique mall in the area. I will say the first time that I went I was kind of underwhelmed. But having gone back a couple of times since then I always seem to find that super cool niche thing for a gift or just my own personal collection I do find that some of the vendors here are a little more high priced But most always you can negotiate down a little bit and get a better deal and that's the point of antiquing right. So I definitely recommend it and we will be back to explore their treasures often read more

As a shopper, the interior of this building looks like they're definitely going through some things. There is a lot of empty space. There isn't much in the way of service unless you scan little pictures on the vendors booth to get someone to come to help you. It's definitely way different than it was just a few years back before the new owners came in. The energy is even different. I was told by one of the vendors that they don't just have video cameras, but also audio so they can listen in on conversations. I guess that's not horrible and we should expect it when we're in public anyway, but it made me a little uneasy anyway. They have some cool stuff just like all antique malls do but you can always find parking here. I also used to come here because I've lived nearby for 21 years and I noticed the prices on things I had looked at before did go up when they changed the tags with the new owners. In closing, it's worth a try, but I wouldn't have huge expectations. Some days they have a Carne Asada griller in the parking lot too. read more

Although this shop of many vendors are plenty there is one thing clear, its ran by a lady who insists om having her name and flyers everywhere. It's redundant and rather off putting. That didn't leep me away. Needs more antiques less circa 1989. So much, traveling to find antiques! read more

This place is a lot bigger on the inside than it looks outside. It took us about an hour to get through all the booths. They have a lot of vintage, some MCM. We found a few things to take home, all reasonably priced. Service was friendly! I'd give it another stop by if we were ever passing through from Seattle again! read more

From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, but once inside the place was seriously 3x larger than it looked, that said, that is where the praise ends. I will say the person I encountered couldn't have been nicer and more helpful, but the prices in this place were the worst I have seen in a thrift/antique mall. This place was full of merchandise you can find at any Goodwill, but for 5x the price. I saw plenty that was of interest, but there was no way I was paying these prices. I'm from Bellevue and wouldn't pay these prices there, so I'm certainly not paying it in Parkland. I don't know how these places work, if it's all based on rent or percentage, or both, but I know there was nothing I saw here that I couldn't find for less on eBay, Offerup or other sites. It was fun looking around and I got some idea of what to look for elsewhere, but it clear the people here don't know what they are doing. The more you sell, the more people talk and that is the cheapest advertisement you can buy. As they say on Shark tank. 5% of a watermelon beats 90% of a grape. Unfortunately this place is all about sour grapes. Selling used license plate for $35 each is flat out laughable. But then again, selling old Coke drinking glasses for $15 when they are $2 at Goodwill is a good way to scare off true thrifties. read more

The new QR codes to request service on each display cabinet is a great upgrade that improves the customer experience. I would give this antique mall 4 1/2 stars. I frequent a lot of antique stores, and this is one of the best I've seen in a while! First, it's a huge space. It took us about 3 hours to really get through everything. Also, it 's an easy walk-through. No stairs to climb ((it's all on one level), and everything is organized and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, although sometimes tough to locate when you need them. It's not in the best neighborhood, so be sure to go during daylight hours, and don't leave any valuables in your car. Otherwise, I highly recommend visiting this store! read more

I love this place. It's huge and has a lot of stalls to look through and certainly a lot of variety in the vendors. Went here recently to find some Christmas knick knacks and left with several. I had been looking at other antique stores and never really found what I wanted but knew this place would have have something! So many Vendor booths and varying items from a3 full length lockers for $5xx.xx to a tiny baby board book for $1.00. There really is something for every walk of life. It is entertaining to just browse through and window shop. Try next time you need a piece of furniture or article of clothing hunting here. It will be an adventure. We were there yesterday and most Vendors had any where from 15 - 40% off their merchandise above $5.00. This time I just gathered a couple books and toys for my 18 month new granddaughter. My wife and I are on a quest to find all the "nesting hen" dishes that we can and this was a successful find! The Pacific Antiques Mall is filled with great stuff and is clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and was always available. We were only here for a short visit this time so we weren't able to spend the hours needed to fully explore the large inventory available. I go here instead of Fred Meyer's, or Hobby lobby, or the numerous places you can go to decorate your home. That's one of the reasons I come here.. you can find really unique things that most people do not have in their houses if you are creative... I got two of the most beautiful crystals I've ever seen for under $100 here! I got to talk to an expert about something else I'm interested in.... This place is so much more fun than the mall.! just remember if you like something and pick it up and find something better remember to put it back where you found it. They are vendors. This place is great! After randomly finding it after typing in "antique stores", my Mom and I were so excited to have found it. I left with an awesome little table for $18 and a vintage candy dish that I've been searching for for years. The prices were great on most stuff, there's TONS of items in here, and every staff member my Mom and I talked to were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We live on Whidbey island and took a day trip down south to check out the Haunted Farmers Market in Tacoma, but had so much more fun, and luck finding good stuff, at this antique mall. read more

This place has completely gone downhill since the new owner took over the large man at the front desk is extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. The owner is extremely disrespectful towards her employees made me feel bad for the ones that work there definitely will not be coming back here. read more

My husband and I always stop here when we're in town, maybe once every 2 or 3 months. It's the first (and sometimes only) antique mall we make sure and go to - there are always multiple sales, and we always find something (or multiple somethings) to take home. We stopped in on Thursday, made our lazy way through the aisles, and found a great mid-century plant pot. We went up to the register to pay, and (I think) the owners were helping us. (We have seen them every time we go, so I'm assuming they're the owners.). Always very nice, and we always have a quick, pleasant conversation. As the man (I'm sorry, I don't know his name) was wrapping up my plant pot (after I already paid), HE pointed out a crack that I, nor my husband, had NOT noticed. The lady (his wife, I think! Again, I'm just assuming) took the time to take pictures and text them to the vendor to see if she would give us a discount because of the crack. My husband and I were in shock. We frequent (a lot) antique malls, thrift stores, and garage sales, as well as have a vendor space of our own (in our own city), and we know full well, and take no issue in purchasing items that may be chipped, cracked, and/or broken at our own discretion. The fact that he found the crack, and she went through the steps to see if we could get a discount (without us asking), AND refunded us the amount of the discount, as we had already paid, speaks volumes of their integrity as a business, and is the reason Pacific Run will always be the first (and sometimes only) antique mall we make sure and go to. * edited for grammar read more

Very rude staff. To shake your head and roll your eyes as customers walk in more than a half hour before you close is unacceptable. To shut off your lights as customers are walking around 10 minutes before you are set to close is also unacceptable. It's a shame as there are several, very cool items all throughout the store, but it can be quickly overshadowed by the unfortunate customer service that can be provided by the staff here. read more

Ive been in this store four or five times, each time I was treated like a criminal. I could not get any answers from the staff. I did introduce myself to one of the dealers who said he may have a lead on the info. I was looking for. When i was in the process of giving him my contact info. the old lady(maybe owner)rudely interupted us saying "if your buying anything from him you have to get a copy of his licence." I was on a mission to find a Super Nintendo and while we started our venture at the B&I, we ended up here after reading about a space selling comics and video games. There was no phone number, but it said we could buy stuff in a space at the Pacific Run Antique Mall. We had about 30 minutes to spare and were only five minutes away as it was on the way home from the B&I. So we pull up front and walk inside. It's me and two buddies, we're all in our late 20's/early 30's, normal looking guys. We kinda wander around, trying to find the space the houses the super nintendo that I've been dying to locate. My girlfriend wants to try and beat me at Super Mario Kart and I need to prove her wrong. A lady eventually asks us if we need help finding anything and I ask her if there is someone selling "comics and video games." She says, "ahhhh, you must have seen the craigslist ad, right this way". She walks us over, shows us what is for sale and tells us that if we have any questions or want to buy anything, to come and find her. My luck is down and there is no Super Nintendo to be found. There is a classis NES system with game for $50, which would have been my top dollar price for the SNES, but I wouldn't know what he would charge at this point. There are a few games for the SNES, NES and even the genesis and we talk about buying one or two, but after all is said and done, we decide to wander around the store and see if we can't find some cool old stuff to take home. The three of us wander around as a group, constantly saying things like, "whoa, look at this" and "no way!" and "so tempted to buy this!". As we near the closing time, we begin to notice a pattern. The original lady is doing laps and keeping an eye on us. She's friendly and being my girlfriend was a retail manager for several years, I know what she's doing. But she's tactful and not "obviously" watching us like we're thieves, just keeping tabs on us and doing her job. No big deal. After a few minutes, we have an older gentleman show up and starts being very obvious about watching us. We would walk down an aisle and he would be on the exact opposite side, reading a book, arranging things and other obviously non-obvious things to make sure he was by our side. He did this for the last five minutes or so that we spent there and when we all walked out, we kind of looked at each other and my buddy says, "it's been a long time since I felt like I was stealing something, about 20 years to be exact". We all laughed and agreed. The place was cool, lots of neat antiques, kind of felt like being at my grandparents house. I can't say much about prices since it seems to be a massive consignment shop, but I really wish we had more time. I'm obviously a little perturbed by the older gentleman following around and I realize they're not in the best neighborhood, but I honestly felt like I about to rob the place for all it was worth and I really wasn't into it and doubt I'll go back unless that one little space gets a SNES for anything less than $50. read more

This is a great little place that's hidden away in the back of an antique shop. They have great homemade soup and very nice sandwiches. It is a good place for a pleasant and quiet talk with friends. Their soup and half Sandwich specials are excellent anytime. read more

I come in here at least 4-6 times a year for about 6 years now because Antique stores are my happy place and a place to unwind if I am having a bad day. Sometimes I come in looking for something specific but I don't always purchase. The vendors don't change much or adjust their booths often so I make a habit to space my time visiting, but I have to say every single time I have been there the older man and woman who seem to clearly run the place are just plain sour people, never very customer friendly or nice, rudely blunt and flippant, passive or seemingly "inconvenienced". It makes it difficult when purchasing. Maybe they have been wronged in life, but your personal issues should be left at the wayside when in customer service, I know, I work in customer service in a family owned buisiness and my employers wpuld never treat customers this way. 3 stars for the close proximity to my house, some favorite booths and a couple of employees and booth owners who are always so nice and helpful. Lots of beautiful costume jewelry, great furniture pieces, toys, coins, china, clothes, etc. I thought the prices were decent. Most items/booths were 10%, 20%, or 50% off....Great deals. This place is huge! As antique malls go this place is up near the top. There are certainly some overpriced dealers but along with those there are also some great deals to be found. The antiques range from high end to thrift store junk (I think I saw a velvet Elvis upstairs too!). One tip would be if it's a really hot day you might want to avoid it since the back and upstairs are not air-conditioned. We went early on a hot day and by 11am it was pretty hot in parts of the store. The staff were very friendly and helped us out with questions and even gave us a discount that we didn't know about. I really like this antique mall. Staff is friendly and there is a nice mix of antique and more modern (1960's) items for sale at reasonable prices. Be advised, if you want to go look at the furniture warehouse in back, you need to find an employee to take you back there. read more
