Awful. There are some really, really lovely employees so I don't mean to knock them all. But wow. If you aren't opening ANY self check-out lanes on one side, then CLOSE that entrance for folks. Otherwise, you have people waiting in self-check out on both sides of the registers and NO ONE lets the "closed" side go. WHY can't they figure this out? Why? Just close that entrance! If you need pricing help? Nightmare. Literally, no one cares there. Our experience(s) were with employees that move with the urgency of a turkey crossing the road. Brutally slow, effortless, completely apathetic. Customer service did not know the full name of the store manager because "he was new." So no idea. Interesting that they literally had no clue who their manager was. BUT. The bright spot of this store is their pick-up service (and shopper service). Very, very big bright spot and what keeps me coming back week after week. My spend at Walmart has probably quadrupled as I've moved my spending from Target to Walmart almost exclusively thanks to their great service at this location. But I guarantee I'd spend more there if I shopped in store because I am most definitely an impulse buyer. But going IN the store and checking out is SO SO bad that I just avoid it as often as I can.

They had stuff on sale so I was able to find a really cool car for him. That was very inexpensive. They searched to find a medication for my dog. That is a very hard to find medication. They were able to secure his prescription within 24 hours. They were all incredibly nice. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, the store also gets high accolades for me for their bright, modern appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, selection of specialty foods, fair prices, and wonderful self check out even though the parking lot is always a little busy. In person, the line to pick up medication is always 5-10 people deep. Then when you get to the counter, they tell you it's going to be another 30 minutes. EVERY TIME. They obviously DO NOT CARE about making you sit and wait there with an illness, or if you have a unwell child on your hands. Their prices are also significantly higher than other local pharmacies. I do not use CVS anymore, however, I was forced to use this location during an unfortunate circumstance when I had a sick child that needed medication urgently. Our regular pharmacy had already closed for the evening. Negative 10 stars. Hope they go out of business.
