Each and every time I've left disappointed or annoyed by the attitude of the staff. The first visit the man who 'helped' me tried to upsell me for wedding bands. I kept saying I wanted simple to accent the engagement ring my husband purchased there. Thank goodness I was with a friend who finally said, loud & firm, "You are not listening! Simple! Simple!" It just seemed greedy. I bought the bands I wanted thanks only to the friend I had with me. Went to get my ring cleaned. The person who 'helped' said in the most condescending tone, with a scowl, "well did you buy it here?"
