Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

While on the phone when booking we confirmed it was may 21st numerous times and at the end of the call the man even said " see you May 21st" I was never told to go check an email that was sent to me to confirm the info was entered correctly on your end. I figured seeing I was spending close to 400 dollars for a bouncy house for one day, that I was all set. It wasn't until the night before that I noticed I never got a confirmation email or call like I was told I would. That's what prompted me to get look for an email sent when booking and noticed it was scheduled for June 4th. So I called first thing in the morning to get this solved assuming the person that took my call accidentally entered that date wrong. The lady that answered was rude and took no accountability for anything. She sat there and pointed fingers at everyone else BUT the company's error. Repeating " how did you not catch this sooner" " this is why you should have checked the email." Listen I got that email WHILE on the phone booking, as the man I spoke to repeated multiple Times it was for may 21st and even repeated to say " see you may 21st" at the end of the call. Whether who thinks who is wrong in this situation, as a business I would have personally answered that phone and said " sorry about this confusion, let's see what we can do to fix it" instead of this lady sitting there question the customer (myself) on how WE didn't catch this error sooner. If someone is spending 350+ on my business I would just try and make it right. We have rented from you guys for quite a few years so it was extremely disappointed to be treated like garbage. The fact that then the woman said we would received the bouncy house after the party would have started? and then when they received a call from another family member of mine because I was extremely overwhelmed with how you were handling the situation, you continued to give them a hard time and when they got upset you proceeded to say you guys did not want to deliver to us anymore. Extremely unprofessional. This all could have been avoided with some better costumer service from the beginning. And we still have yet to receive an apology for this.

They searched to find a medication for my dog. That is a very hard to find medication. They were able to secure his prescription within 24 hours. They were all incredibly nice. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, the store also gets high accolades for me for their bright, modern appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, selection of specialty foods, fair prices, and wonderful self check out even though the parking lot is always a little busy. It is well worth a visit to this wonderful store. Special thanks to the Pharmacy ladies for helping me and my dog this week.

Deli doesn't know what thin slice means, and they close up at 7 pm. Ya, 7pm! Pretty bad for people who work for a living and dont get home till after 7 pm because of rush hour. I showed up once at 7:03pm, and they wouldn't take my order. So customer service sucks too. The meat section is alright as long as it doesn't expire in 3 days and they never have chicken. Below is a picture of the bread section on a Tuesday night. Do yourself a favor, shop at Shaws 7 minutes away in Whitinsville. It might be a little more expensive, but better options, better produce, and a much cleaner store. Plus, their deli is open till 9.

I…read morehave needed to use this pharmacy not only as a customer, but also as a medical professional calling from a providers office. The staff is extremely rude and impersonal. In person, the line to pick up medication is always 5-10 people deep. Then when you get to the counter, they tell you it's going to be another 30 minutes. EVERY TIME. They obviously DO NOT CARE about making you sit and wait there with an illness, or if you have a unwell child on your hands. Their prices are also significantly higher than other local pharmacies. I do not use CVS anymore, however, I was forced to use this location during an unfortunate circumstance when I had a sick child that needed medication urgently. Our regular pharmacy had already closed for the evening. Negative 10 stars. Hope they go out of business.

I tried to refill two,but could only refill one. The names one scripts are not always easy , so when finally given the option I have the RX #-not once but twice, "sorry we cannot understand" I am so frustrated right now with CVS NOT user friendly . I will now have to drive up to the store and speak to someone to refill the prescription. Lucille

It is a great find, and we have purchased multiple items: a…read morekitchen pub-style dining table and chairs, a kitchen island, a couch, chairs, a coffee table, etc. However, our experience has been soured; the salespeople always promote the added extras, the protection plans; we snickered at this, but in the end, with all the promise of unicorns, rainbows, and coverage we would have, we went for it. Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.
