I was not impressed at all with their prices. For used item they are pricey especially if they get there inventory from donations. They're selection is massive. I only explored about five percent of the store. I found this jacket that they were selling for $20.99 and cost co is selling it for $14.99 (on sale). I had to do something about that price!!! I asked the front desk to look up the real value of the item. I don't recommend this store. Winners /Marshall's wells cheaper items than this store.

A bit smaller than the Whyte Ave location but it has a great selection of clothes and goods. Nice and clean inside. There is a donation drop off zone outside. A large parking lot services the strip mall so you should never have an issue with parking. I like this store as it is way less busy than the Whyte Ave location so that makes the shopping experience a bit better.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. And there is parking in front which is always a plus. I found one of those yellow/brown glass pots! These are so amazing and they're so hard to find. It was in really good shape and a great deal, only $10. I also found a gorgeous crystal snack tray with 4 sections, it was like $4! Such a great deal! After waiting in line from approximately 8 minutes, -there were numerous staff standing behind the till, chatting away, but none thought it was important enough to end their conversation and open another till. When I finally got to the cashier, she did not say ONE word to me other then "One Dollar, Five Cent" and pointed to the till. No "Hello", no "How are you?" no "Have a good day", not even a "good-bye". I understand that we bring foreign workers into the country to help with filling positions, but if you're not going to train them properly and teach them customer service skills, they should not be dealing with customers, they should be 'behind the scenes'. Note: don't go to Dollarama unless you are anti-social, enjoy not talking to people, or want to roll your eyes at some awful customer service skills.
