I know it's the dollar tree and I shouldn't expect to be catered too, but I could barely get the cashier to speak to me. The only thing that she said to me three times was: I'm not talking to you I'm talking to her, referring to another employee. Once she turned her back to carry on the conversation. She gave me an attitude for interrupting her conversation with her coworker. I don't expect amazing service at the dollar tree, but at least pay attention to the person you're waiting on. We visited the Dollar Tree in Roswell during COVID-19. The employees were wearing gloves and masks, but there were no social distancing markers in the store. When it's hot during the summertime, it can be uncomfortable within the store. It does not feel like the air conditioning is turned on. With everything being priced $1, there are obviously some good deals here. Obviously, it's not the highest quality merchandise, but what can you expect for $1. My only complaint about this store is that they don't always have the same merchandise in stock. For example, we were looking for some food items that we had purchased there previously, and they didn't have any in stock. read more

Dollar Tree.... where everything is $1 OR less! We came here to buy graduation balloons for a party. On the sheet they only had a few "congrats" balloons, but when we told the associate we were getting them for a high school graduation, she pulled out 10 additional designs! And they were super cute - an owl and a fox.... an actual balloon diploma! Why pay close to $5 for ONE balloon at the other places, when you can get 5 balloons for the same price?! And their all the same balloon and helium! Line wasn't long at all and both associates we interacted with were very friendly. read more

This is a great Dollar Store located on the corner of Holcomb Bridge and Alpharetta Highway. It shares the same lot as the Aurora Movie Theater and the ever busy Chick Fil-A. I use to come to this location when I lived in Roswell and I always had a great experience here. I find the staff here the most friendly of all the Dollar Tree I've been in. They're always helpful and willing to help you with anything that you might need. I didn't come in this trip for anything particular but I did find those waterless, disposal toothbrushes that I've been looking for and best of all...2 for a buck...No wonder Clark Howard is always going on and on about this place.... 1006th review 12/16/2017 read more

This location was pretty good. Could have used another cashier, and maybe a little more upkeep, but the staff were friendly. We were able to find what we needed - some candles and birthday decorations - without too much of an issue. We've been here several times and never had an issue, other than sometimes waiting a little longer than we wanted due to a line since only one cashier is working right then. I'm sure we'll come back again at some point. read more

Cashier was trying his best and he needed assistance. Manager came over and was very rude to him. Just left so it was the manager on duty at 813 pm on 3/2. She needs to learn how to be empathetic and not be rude. "You called me over for this?" in front of customers. Not ok to say with just him, but really not ok to humiliate in front of others. This store is disorganized and often out of stock. Yesterday I went in for 3 things, and left without finding any of them. This is often the case with this store and I should have learned my lesson by now. If you want high grade bleach with strength its worth paying $3.00 for a gallon at a super market store. Dollar Store's are great! Costumer service is horrible, I was only going for 2 things so I didn't need to grab a basket or cart. So obviously I'm only human and grabbed more stuff than expected, so what? So along the store I needed something to put my things in, and so I grabbed an Easter basket. When I went to check out, the store provides for us a store basket in the check out line to leave unwanted things. So then I buy everything I grabbed, except for the Easter basket. So then "HE" tells me "you don't want the basket? And I said no. I only used it to put my things. And then "HE" said oh ok that's more work for us because we have to put it back" And in my mind I was like really? You can't say that to a Costumer. And then I said " I can put it away for you, if you want?" He said no. I mean shoot! I was being a nice citizen here and offered myself and then I said "thank you" have a good night! and he didn't say anything back. This is why the world it's the way it is! Ventured here today. The cashier behind the register, a young gal wore a mask. The employee, a young guy wore his mask below his nose. Majority of customers were not wearing a mask. I walk in wearing a mask to protect these people. Apparently, guidelines & saving lives doesn't matter to your Corporate offices. Shame on you. read more

This is definitely one of the most unorganized stores I've been in. Messy, messy, messy! Most of the merchandise is sitting on the bottom shelves in piles or just spread around the store. No maintenance whatsoever and new merchandise just gets thrown on top of the old. The stationary area was unshoppable and the toy section was everywhere but on pegs. I didn't want to waste my time going through the rest of the store hunting for items I needed and ended up leaving empty handed. I try to avoid this location whenever possible and go to the one by the recently closed Target. I hope that location never closes. read more

ALWAYS A BARGAIN This dollar tree is located at the intersection of Holcomb Bridge Rd. and Alpharetta Highway. It is the perfect location and always seems to be "on my way". They are the go to place for snacks, specifically the chocolate pretzels and sweet potato chips. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the store is clean and well stocked. They always have a seasonal display toward the front of the store and I like to peruse their greeting cards.
