Good deals, but they increase the prices big time on quality items - sometimes it's a good deal and others total rip off so know the value before you buy. The tall skinny blonde closing manager, her name may start with an E, is an absolute miserable rude person. She acts as though the customer is a huge inconvenience to her and kicks everybody out of the store 10 minutes before they're supposed to be closing. She really needs to be fired. read more

Used to be a lot of fun. Now mostly overpriced with a fairly sparse selection. Much too pricey.

Very cluttered and overpriced. As soon as I walk in to the right they have a tall coat stand with fur coats on it. I never see anyone wear fur coats anymore, and they had 4 priced in the hundreds! $200 or so each? That's not priced affordably for anyone. I can understand $50 or $70 max, but the everyday person can't afford that $200. Furthermore, the racks are faced at awkward and different angles, normally thrift stores have them run parallel to the walk way, but they were facing you at a weird angle that makes to hard to go through clothes. A bit cluttered and not for people that get claustrophobic easily. To the left when you walk in they have lots of furniture available though. I got a nice night dress off the dress rack, not paying any mind to the small prom dress on the other side of the wall. Dresses are supposed to be about $5 or $6 according to their sign. But the lady at the counter insisted it was a cocktail dress so it would cost $10, even though it was mixed into everything. How was I to tell it would cost double than what I originally thought it'd cost?? At least they should label dresses with a tag if they're going to be priced higher. The store should at least be more organized and clean for the prices they're wanting to charge. read more

This local thrift shop is a veritable treasure trove of gently used and sometimes new items. Whether you're looking for furniture items, home decor or a holiday sweater, NFCC has it all. I usually make a point to check NFCC first before going to retailers whenever I need a specific item. And with two children constantly in need of color-specific or theme-related dress-up items for school, we've saved thousands over the years! Love this store, you can find unique things there for a little more pricey than say goodwills prices. However I don't know who the lady was or if they always do it, but I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and was going to do a quick walk around with me daughter and the second I walk in she was yelling at everyone saying they close in 10 minutes. Cool. 10 minutes go by and she's pointing at me saying I need to get in line right now bc they're closing in 1 minute. Idk if I'm just sensitive but I felt like it was so rude! The line had 5 people in it, I wasn't about to wait when I could've finished my shopping until nobody was in line. I've just never been kicked out of a store so abruptly even if they were closing lol. read more

Great place to buy books, and the charity is first rate.

I was at first excited when my friend pulled into the parking lot of this establishment the good prices and many selections is what I look for as a musician when I walk to the store the first thing to catch my eye was an organ I said to my friend I need an organ so I begin to test it out. As I was testing it to see how it worked a lady came by to listen an African American woman she like the way that I played and asked did I know certain song so I begin to play a song as I was testing the instrument to see if it was worth my buying I did like it so far I said to my friend I think I want to buy this. At that moment out of nowhere comes a white male about maybe 55 to 65 years of age with his security badge and gun exposed screaming and yelling in a very disrespectful rude tone get off I said excuse me I'm texting this equipment to see if I want to buy it or not he said I don't care it's distracting get off if you can't play it don't touch it. I myself and I'm accomplished professional musician with over 20 years of professional experience I did not share that with him however his tone begin to continue to aggravate me I asked to see the manager he said I don't care get off and don't touch it in a very loud or rude manner. I immediately notice my surroundings the only black people in The Establishment was myself my friend and the lady who came over to hear me as I was testing the instrument when I ask the cashier to see the manager she said the manager had walked out it was no longer there. As the security guard was yelling in his rage for no reason I immediately became aware of what was im an African American man in the city of Roswell in this particular location I knew that I was a Target so I remove myself from The Establishment however the absolutely rude Behavior disrespect and rudeness of the staff has not gone unnoticed when I walked out the African American went woman who was listening to me play was addressing the staff saying that they were wrong and out of line I was testing the instrument to buy it. not only would I not give the people my business but my on- line assault to tell people about this racist establishment is just starting read more
