The pace looked like an absolute disaster area. Boxes stacked in the middle of the aisles made it difficult to get around. I just went there about a half hour ago to pick up a few things they always have and not only were they OUT of them (empty shelf, gaping holes where the products should be), the store looked like a tornado hit it! Boxes everywhere, aisles blocked (I'm disabled and struggled to get through some areas), items where they shouldn't be... a complete mess. I ended up just leaving. I understand stocking inventory (the boxes)- but the store just looks AWFUL. Does Dollar Tree have DMs? A marketing team? They REALLY need to evaluate that location and get a game plan going. When he cashed me out he crumbled the receipt without asking if I needed it and walked away. I had no time to chase him When I arrived home the oil company was there and they had different drying agents. I went back to the store to ask if I could exchange the $30 worth of litter and they said no man by that description works there and no they won't do any exchange or store credit. This was the assistant manager I spoke to. I'm so disappointed because this was my store of choice and now I won't be going anymore. She was brisk and not trying to help at all.
