The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

During that time the ice melted in the fridge/freezer and we had water damage on the floor. After contacting the manufacturer, we found out the flooring was discontinued. We were so disappointed. We searched for our flooring everywhere and every few months we would search again. We finally found an active listing on KSL classified and contacted the liquidation team. They went above and beyond for our small order. They had one box of our discontinued flooring which was perfect to repair the water damage. We offered to pay for the shipping and they shipped it to us!! They communicated with us every step of the way. They emailed when they received our payment and again with shipping updates. Located in a somewhat deserted plaza, but easy to get access to. Sometimes you do only one to two employees max. I was just there last week to buy this (November 2020). This item has been on the shelf for 6 months passed the "sell by" date. I'm assuming the "sell by" date of May 2020, means that maybe a week or two, it will then be no longer "fresh" to eat, therefore, why is it still on the shelf for purchase? In addition, I asked a young employee there to see if they carried it, and he said no. Two minutes later, I found it myself. Huh. So....this leads me to believe that: 1. The employees are not fully aware of what they carry and sell. 2. They don't frequently check shelves and expiration dates of items they are selling. It's great and all that this Asian grocery store exists in Utah county, but I think it needs improvement on the management side. Again, this store is not super close to home, so this is a money loss for me since I'm choosing to not drive 18+ miles one way to exchange/return this item (I bought 2 bags of it). If they kept their shelves up to date, this wouldn't have been an issue.
