We have always managed to find a good deal…read morehere, sometimes the deals are hit and miss as far as the discount that is offered but if you shop the items that are on their weekly specials you can often times save 50% or more on some items. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

I bought sheets with the wrong fitted sheet and they will see if they had one to swap out but they would not take the return if they didn't have one to replace the fitted sheet. And then the manager asked what was going on and as I'm explains repeated tells me to calm down. I have a respirator issue (not contagious) so I have to talk louder to be able to talk. I told him repeatedly I wasn't upset but it was hard for me to talk. So rude. The staff also made comments to each other like "you'll love this." Like I'm being insane. I've worked in customer service for years and this was awful. I'm no idiot. I can see the rolling eyes and looks they have me and eachother. I'd im spending over $50 on sheets I would like the correct size on the label. I'm assuming the "sell by" date of May 2020, means that maybe a week or two, it will then be no longer "fresh" to eat, therefore, why is it still on the shelf for purchase? In addition, I asked a young employee there to see if they carried it, and he said no. Two minutes later, I found it myself. Huh. So....this leads me to believe that: 1. The employees are not fully aware of what they carry and sell. 2. They don't frequently check shelves and expiration dates of items they are selling. It's great and all that this Asian grocery store exists in Utah county, but I think it needs improvement on the management side. Again, this store is not super close to home, so this is a money loss for me since I'm choosing to not drive 18+ miles one way to exchange/return this item (I bought 2 bags of it). If they kept their shelves up to date, this wouldn't have been an issue.
