The staff working on this particular day were more concerned about eating their lunch that was just dropped off at the store. They knew nothing to solve my daughter's problem in fact the girl was googling to find out a solution!!!!! To say it was a pathetic experience would be an understatement!!! We people pay too much money for our phone services to be treated as such and for them to tell my daughter she needs to go to a repair shop!!!! LOL!!! BTW, how fast do u think Your manager can walk out of the back of the store to the front of the store without getting short of breath. Her boyfriend wanted to purchase something that was damaged and asked if they would lower the price and they said, no. That's makes no sense to me but okay. This store also has an Ulta beauty section, a pharmacy, and other amenities. Prices are low to moderate. For years, I have occasionally shopped here for daily household essentials. During my most recent visit, a couple of products that I needed, such as over-the-counter medications, were out of stock, so I could do only some of my shopping here. I ended up purchasing the remaining products later through Target's website. I appreciated that I found many travel-sized hygiene and beauty products for an upcoming vacation. I also found some cat food that my cats will enjoy. At the checkout, I waited in line for a short time. The cashier quickly scanned and bagged my merchandise, accurately charged me, and politely thanked me.
