This Dollar Tree was very well stocked and had so many items that I've never seen at other Dollar Tree locations! I was really impressed with the selection and how much they had available. The customer service was also great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location. read more

Went there today at 3:30 but it was closed. They had a sign saying something about the safety of customers and employees it would be closed temporarily. Not sure what was wrong but several of us had to walk away. read more

The worse store & staff. We were there today, store smelled, we brought back a dollar tree item that did not work & we could not get a replacement. We had no receipt but everything in it showed we bought it from dollar tree. Will not go to this store again read more

Always a long line with only one register open employees always have an attitude except one person. Selection is ok but some stuff is open. The value of the stuff they have is good but other than that I don't like going in to this Dollar tree due to the fact everyone has an attitude and the line is always so long with one register open with more than 2 employees working. read more

Trace is the BEST! Always so friendly and helpful. Good selection very organized store.

I hadn't been to Dollar Tree in a while. Once they raised their prices it was cheaper to get my dollar items at a big box retailer. Wanting to see what type of Christmas merchandise they had and being in the area I decided to give them another whirl. The store was well stocked and several people were working putting out new merchandise. I was surprised because the last time I visited there were boxes stacked in every aisle waiting be unpacked and shelved. Checking out was a breeze. Two registers open. Penelope was pleasant and made small talk while checking my items. What I don't like is most stores now a days are taking donations for some charity or another. Dollar Tree is no different. The public donates and a corporation gets the tax break. Overall it was a good experience and I may keep this location in my morning errands rotations. read more

Your employees are fucking rude and don't give a fuck about anybody like wtf I had one fucking things and this bitch in front of me has three carts full of fucking shit and someone comes on the register and says I can help over here I start walking over and she says no and go back over bc I wasn't next like wtf that's has never fucking happened before people have shit to fucking do and if anything you should've been fucking nice but no sorry you have a crappy job get a new one stop making everyone else's day suck bc you hate your life read more

Dirty, the rude 40 year old cashier assumes everyones a thief, forcing me to leave my bag with him.. didnt assure me anyone else could grab it and run off off my pistol. Then he tells everyone to have s good night and was very happy with them. As i get rung up, instant silnce and he doesnt say anything. Cheer up dude. Not sure they dont pay you enough but you come off as a fucking prick. Maybe try a new line of work man, security pays 30 an hour just saying read more

This is a decent Dollar Tree and for the most part the store is clean but it does have its moments when it's complete chaos inside as far as it being filthy. The employees for the most part are nice and do their jobs. I love being able to shop and know that everything is always a dollar. When the store is freshly stocked (which seems to be Tuesdays) is when it's the best time to shop here. This Dollar Tree is located in the Metro Center area and although the area is rough around the edges and there is a huge population of homelessness the area is still very safe especially when you are shopping. All the "Beckies" that are afraid of the area you can drive north and feel "safer" there. I actually drive out of my way to visit this location because it's a good Dollar Tree. read more

Your typical dollar tree junk. They had a great selection of Halloween decor. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of puzzles for keeping kids. Usually the puzzle quality is less than good with flimsy pieces that my kids can easily wreck when they are trying to force pieces to go together, that don't go together. But I saw that there was quite a few choices for both boys and girls or even adults. I even found some storage containers with the flap closure lids. They will be great for organizing the puzzle mess that is about to take place at my home. read more

Always a disappointment. I only come here because I need 1 or 2 things and it's close to work. I'm never disappointed in the consistency of how dirty, stinky, this disheveled, and disgusting this store is. The floor is always littered with trash and dirt. Oh, and watch your back it's not the greatest area. read more

Dollar Tree - Always dirty, nasty, smelly and sketch. - Discount Store Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Exactly like the ones in Vegas, I saw no real issues with this store or its products. Most of the bad reviews seem years old and in comparison, I didn't notice any smell or anything dirty or wrong with the store or the employees. My friend and I came to stock up on water and snacks for the room and I'm glad this was somewhat close to the hotel. We were able to walk here from the Radisson Phoenix North. We did poke around some of the other offerings and the store seemed pretty well stocked. Just don't expect any name brand goods here, most everything is an off-brand, but that's exactly what you should expect of dollar stores. In any case, no issues from me except a bit of a wait in line. read more

While shopping at this location with my sister, we were able to locate the items we came in for as well as other things we could not find at the other Dollar Tree locations. This store is conveniently located in the Metro Square Plaza off the freeway. The cashier was friendly and cheerful however the place of course could use some cleaning but then again... its a Dollar Tree where things are always out of place. I definitely will revisit this location soon. (Thank you for reading this review - I am writing reviews of everywhere I eat when I dine out, places I shop, movies I watch and much more. The best of the dollar stores! Always clean and we'll stocked. Like any of the dollar or 99 cent stores, the store can be completely hit or miss, but if you are planning any party or event, come here first, and then go to the other stores... read more

This has got to be the worse Dollar tree store in the valley. I went in while the employee's where stocking. They have so many cart with product you can't even move around. They are too busy joking around to help you. They only have about 4 shopping carts...none were available when I arrived. When checking out the employee doesn't acknowledge you or even look up at you. I will not be back. Because this is not the first time this has happened. I would tell every person to drive out of your way if you need to go to Dollar tree. read more

So I went here after Michael's and I asked before looking. They said " Yeap all the way down the first aisle on the right". Wow they knew where their stuff was. Nice job, Thank you for the quick in and out of the store! I will go there first next time. read more

I've been to this location a few times. The store seems very dirty, the lines are always extremely long, and the demographic is less than desirable. read more

Always seems clean and somewhat organized. Employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Never really a big line to check out.

They let the "extreme couponers" buy up all the Sunday papers in bulk, so there are none left for any other customers. They used to have at least a few copies left even late in the day on Sunday, and now they are all gone before the morning is over. One cashier told me people are buying 10-12 papers at a time. Gee, how many coupons do these people need? I only wanted one Sunday paper. This store is a convenient walk from my home, and was nice to stroll there for the Sunday paper and do some household shopping while there. I've suggested a few times that they place a limit on how many papers each customer can buy, but the staff don't seem to care. It's sad, because it inconveniences other customers, and Dollar Tree loses the money we would have spent on other items. My shopping dollars go elsewhere now. It's disappointing that this store does not seem to care. read more
