He starts becoming more aggressive. Finally, when you think you're about to be arrested wearing sweatpants because you just wanted to casually pick up a dog toy at the store, he finds the sacred $5 dog toy and realizes you weren't a thief afterall. At this point, most human beings would feel remorse. "Damn, I just accused a middle-aged lady of stealing a cheap dog toy." "I just embarrassed her in front of the entire store." "I better apologize profusely" No, none of these thoughts crossed this security guard's mind. Instead, he demanded that she leave. (This happened to my mother-in-law). The seller, Tanner, assured us multiple times that they offer a 30 day warranty on all of their…read moreappliances. With that assurance, we purchased the cooktop comfortably, knowing they would take it back if it wasn't functioning. In the store, Tanner carefully held it for us to see from the bottom so we could see it. My husband mentioned that the box was damaged and Tanner said it didn't affect the appliance because the glass top was still in good shape. When we got it home and lifted it out of the box by the glass top (which it is supposed to hang from), it was not attached to the bottom. Tanner told us to call Electrolux. They said it was unsafe to use and they would not repair it. We did not drop or damage the appliance in any way. We brought it back to the shop but they would not give us back our $1500. Tanner said he would glue it back together and resell it. Tanner also told us the dishwasher we bought was brand new and in perfect condition, probably overstock he said, but it has a loud popping sound every time we open it. We had a horrific experience with this shop and will never return.
