Regarding service, the clerk clearly did not plan to speak to me. However, I kept eye contact until she was forced to acknowledge me. At which point she said hello and I replied in kind. The next customer who entered received a much more enthusiastic greeting that I did. Towards the back, a male clerk walked by me several times, but also didn't speak. Overall, it's a cute set up, but not worth the time or the consideration of spending money. Especially if they can't be bothered to speak.

It's dishonest and unfair since there is a significant cost to relocate and they know it. I don't recommend, don't be fooled by the low entry rate - the increase is not insignificant. Go with a place that tells you exactly what you will pay upfront first because at least then you are dealing with an honest company that deserves your business. I was told it would take a week for my refund check because they said they can't credit it back to my credit card due to the length of time since purchase. I told them I would pick the check up from their Lombard Corporate location where the checks get cut, I didn't want to wait for it to arrive via snail mail. It's been a week today and now they are telling ,me it can take up 14 days. Please keep in mind they require full payment up front so they've held my money for 9 months interest free and continue to hold my money at the time I'm writing this.
