Big Target without enough human cashiers or people who can help with merchandise. Very short staffed. If Target wants me to work for them (self-checkout) they should give me at least an employee discount and a little training.

Store manager needs to be fired immediately! No carts, my wife and I were shopping in the store for 40 minutes I returned up front to see if there were carts three times but never a single cart available. We had to lug our stuff around, would have bought more...a lot more but simply couldn't carry it all in our hands. Once we got up front to pay they only had two lanes open the lines were 12 people deep each. There were also only a couple of the self check lanes working and those lines were worse. We needed up waiting in line close to 15 minutes just to check out. When leaving I discovered where all the carts were, I counted 28 carts filled with merchandise blocking aisles and checkout lanes, I even took photos of several. The rest of the carts were out in the parking lot overflowing the cart corrals and littering the parking lot. My wife and I spend a lot of money at Target, we will be re-evaluating our chopping decisions based on poor service.

This is one of my favorite Target location. The staff greet me as I enter the store; always helpful when needed and friendly as well. This store always have the items I am wishing to purchase and the customer service is fast and efficient. Very good selection of just about everything, but if you can't find what you are looking for, just ask and they try their best to help locate it. Like, an arts & crafts section had canvases, paints, craft kits, etc. but it was more like a mini Michaels, slightly higher priced. Big Halloween selection of candy, decorations, and costumes. The fresh fruit and vegetables were nice, but priced higher than Jewel. Deli and some prepared foods, too. I was able to get what I needed, and thanks to self check-out, get out quickly. The line at the sole open register was very long. A staff member did call for back up. Plenty of free parking. Covid safety protocols are in place and they were followed by staff and customers. The self check out area was well staffed and they were cleaning between each customer. Nice job on that!! Very clean store. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've been frequenting this Target a lot recently. Not only is it conveniently located near Buy Buy Baby and Party City which I've also been spending a lot of time at, but they have a Starbucks inside which helps lure me. I also just recently set up a Target baby registry, so I find myself popping in to check out the products in person. I have to say, this location showcases customer service at it's finest! I've always had great help here whether I'm browsing, paying, at the customer service desk, or ordering something from Starbucks. This is a Super Target so they have grocery items as well. I personally think some of that stuff is over-priced and I'd rather shop at my local grocery store, but it's a nice option if I just need to pick up a couple things. It's to be noted that Target sells 95% of their maternity wear online which is pretty unfortunate (but seems to be the case with most stores). They have a small rack in the store of some basic items, but that's about it. The good news, is that you if you purchase maternity wear online you can return it in stores which makes things easier. I recently did this with a maternity bathing suit that didn't work out. Another pro-tip on this topic is that if you set up a Target baby registry online or on their app, be sure to stop by the customer service desk next time you're in store. They give you a nice little bag full of freebies and coupons! This Target location is always clean and organized and I find it simple to navigate. I'm a sucker for their $1 bins of goodies found at the entrance. They always have awesome little nic-nacs for holidays, office supplies, and home decor. I'll continue to be one of those people that walks into Target for one thing and comes out a couple hours later with ALL THE THINGS.

These huge display baskets in the middle of main aisles are ridiculous!

When my order arrived, it only contained covers for standard seats, rendering the storage seats/ottomans overpriced footrests. The first time I called the store to address the issue, "Bill" took my information and said a store manager would call me back in the morning. An hour later, I received a voicemail from Bill stating "I just realized that when the storage seat is being used as a seat not as an ottoman it's a standard seat cover that goes on it. It's only different if it's used as an ottoman and then it would be a different cover, so you're fine with the standard seat cover." I paid extra for storage seats/ottomans so that I could use them for storage, not so that I could have heavier than usual seat bases that cost more. Also, no manager ever called me back. I called the store today, and was informed by "Manny" that I would have to pay more for storage seat covers because they cost more than standard seat covers. I refuse to pay for employee error on a nearly $8k purchase. Thoroughly unimpressed.

We haven't gotten our lovesac yet because we got custom covers (we didn't like the bumpy lines on the covers. So it will take 3-4 weeks and the covers are non-refundable. We understood and took the risk. A lot of people say they love their lovesac. When I search for top furniture company's love sac is usually on the top 5 list. Will update this review later when we get out lovesac. Not looking forward to putting the covers on but I hear using a steamer on the cover makes it easier to put on!

My boyfriend and I came in search of a couch, and they had so many options that were decently priced too. They had a double discount of 20% off then another 20%, which was generous! They had couches of all sizes, colors, and materials. We really wanted a couch with a chaise, but they only had couches with it on the left side, which I would say is the only downside of this outlet. Also, all of the employees are SO nice. The lady that helped us was amazing. I really wish I got her name! She was talking to us about the couch we originally wanted, but she showed us different options, gave us moving websites to get the couch delivered, and helped us figure out to my boyfriend's Crate & Barrel card on his phone because he didn't have it in person. They have a huge selection of appliances in the store and in the warehouse. A great place. It makes me excited to move out! I know where I'll be coming to get a new couch.

This is a screenshot of my timestamped email sent at 950am the next day 10 mins before the store opened. I entered the store at 10:03am and my shoes were on the sales rack marked at $30. These people are wild and their own cameras and my time stamped evidence prove it. These con artists really took my shoes, made me leave the store barefoot. Offered me a $20 store credit after I called and complained and then had the AUDACITY to have my shoes on the sale rack for $30 Even when presented with evidence that these were my shoes they tried to argue that they weren't because they were in like new condition. The woman who did all of this was the assistant manager Ellen. Mind you, I asked multiple times to see their cameras and to fill out an incident report before I left the store barefoot which they REFUSED. When I called the police Ellen REFUSED to give me the store address and kept telling me to hang up the phone. Also, as of 6/28, the website to the not for profit they claim proceeds support is invalid.

It's sad to see that nothing seems to have changed. And, besides the back and forth for almost a year now with the Crest Customer Service Manager on the sofas we purchased which are obviously defective, I have asked to speak to a store manager or owner as our situation is unique. But, after reading a couple reviews here, I'm thinking others have had similar issues with their furniture purchased at Crest. Our situation is not resolved yet and we took delivery of the sofas at the end of January 2023. It's now almost the end of 2023! I've been told by the Customer Service Mgr at Crest that most requests and issues we have made are not "England's policy". My next contact will be with England directly. We, like Tom K., have now asked for a refund. I was willing to pick something else out until the neglect by the store manager/owner became very apparent. He/she just doesn't care or there's something "off" in this whole picture. Update: I emailed England Furniture and was almost immediately called by the area Supervisor Rep. He understands my issues/frustration and is taking steps to make things right. It was refreshing to talk to someone who understands and cares.
