You were not nearly as helpful as you sound here on yelp when I had these complaints after the sofa was done. You' were completely unresponsive and refused to assist any further. At minimum, the sofa should've been comfortable and you definitely did mislead me on your product.

Donna was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She gave practical advice, and spent a long time looking through upholstery samples with us. We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results. The colors are stunning, and great care was taken to line up the complex pattern of the upholstery with the tufting. Excellent service and excellent results. We will be back with future products. These people are wild and their own cameras and my time stamped evidence prove it. These con artists really took my shoes, made me leave the store barefoot. Offered me a $20 store credit after I called and complained and then had the AUDACITY to have my shoes on the sale rack for $30 Even when presented with evidence that these were my shoes they tried to argue that they weren't because they were in like new condition. The woman who did all of this was the assistant manager Ellen. Mind you, I asked multiple times to see their cameras and to fill out an incident report before I left the store barefoot which they REFUSED. When I called the police Ellen REFUSED to give me the store address and kept telling me to hang up the phone. Also, as of 6/28, the website to the not for profit they claim proceeds support is invalid.

It's sad to see that nothing seems to have changed. And, besides the back and forth for almost a year now with the Crest Customer Service Manager on the sofas we purchased which are obviously defective, I have asked to speak to a store manager or owner as our situation is unique. But, after reading a couple reviews here, I'm thinking others have had similar issues with their furniture purchased at Crest. Our situation is not resolved yet and we took delivery of the sofas at the end of January 2023. It's now almost the end of 2023! I've been told by the Customer Service Mgr at Crest that most requests and issues we have made are not "England's policy". My next contact will be with England directly. We, like Tom K., have now asked for a refund. I was willing to pick something else out until the neglect by the store manager/owner became very apparent. He/she just doesn't care or there's something "off" in this whole picture. Update: I emailed England Furniture and was almost immediately called by the area Supervisor Rep. In one afternoon, my kid was inspired to redecorate her whole bedroom with antiques and florals. We bought lamps and pictures, and decor for shelves. She was so happy, which made me so happy. I collect vintage Christmas elves from the 50's. I was so excited to find some. I usually find them at estate sales, so finding one in a shop was a bonus. When we rang it all up it came to $250. We walked out with a lot of stuff, so $250 was a great deal. Just remember they don't do returns or exchanges I can't believe I waited so long to show her this place.
