    Get ready to do some math because pretty much everything in the store is on sale. There are percentage off signs in almost every aisle and a handy chart for what the final price might be. They also have a 40% off coupon online for regular priced items (if you can find one). Large store full of home goods and art supplies. ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . ( ` - ` - ' - ' ' - - - ' ' ( _ / . _ ) - ' ( _ \ _ ) 2019

5 Stars to the Picture Framing Department, Thank You Especially to Megan, Awesome job on my lithograph! Several times I have trusted Megan's expertise over the years on framing projects and have always come home thrilled with the final results. Megan made it so easy with choosing my frame, her suggestions helped me big time because I'm not good at making choices. The whole process was fast & easy and my beautiful framed picture was ready in 2 weeks!

What a much better store then the one right down the street from us in Oswego. Their stock of product is greater, the store is cleaner, staff seems more nic. Overall, this location had exactly what I was looking for and more, so thank you! I will most definitely be back in the near future.

Truth: I can easily spend hours upon hours at Hobby Lobby. EASY. The creative opportunities that reside in those four walls are ENDLESS. No matter what project you're looking to take on, Hobby Lobby has got what you need. I've come here for event supplies, paper for modge podging a desk I repurposed, items to make a holiday wreath - to name a few. This is also a really great place to find gifts! There are so many nic-nacs, frames, and home decor items, it's great. They always have tons of holiday decorations too. When I'm finally ready to decorate our empty spare bedroom, I'm definitely coming to hobby lobby! They have their home decor items organized by theme/color and you could literally design a whole room from what they have. The best bart? They ALWAYS have sales going on - especially on their frames. They're always 50% off. I don't think I've ever bought something from Hobby Lobby at full price and I'm not complaining. Plus, they always have coupons online, so be sure to check that out before you go! My only complaint: The last few times I've been here there were only one or two cashiers and the line was REALLY long. Seems to me like the demand in Naperville is there, so maybe hire a few more employees!

Nice selection but for being a store that I would assume caters to the Martha Stewart type, the restrooms are filthy.

My boyfriend and I came in search of a couch, and they had so many options that were decently priced too. They had a double discount of 20% off then another 20%, which was generous! They had couches of all sizes, colors, and materials. We really wanted a couch with a chaise, but they only had couches with it on the left side, which I would say is the only downside of this outlet. Also, all of the employees are SO nice. The lady that helped us was amazing. I really wish I got her name! She was talking to us about the couch we originally wanted, but she showed us different options, gave us moving websites to get the couch delivered, and helped us figure out to my boyfriend's Crate & Barrel card on his phone because he didn't have it in person. They have a huge selection of appliances in the store and in the warehouse. A great place. It makes me excited to move out! I know where I'll be coming to get a new couch.

For some reason c&b think that charging store prices at an outlet is an ok thing to do. I've I wanted store prices, I'd just go to my local or order it from the privacy of my home. I also don't understand why they feel they can charge so much for such severely damaged furniture. I'm not sure the best carpenters could make this stuff look good, but you can hand over maybe msrp-10%. What a deal. Hopefully you can sense the sarcasm. It was the worst of scratch and dent I have ever seen. Even today, I'm trying to understand the business model that makes it all make sense. I'm struggling. If it were me, and I love c&b, pass on it. I drove back to my rental property where this would be used and assembled the table and chairs (as much as I could). When I finished with the table, I noted a large scratch and secondary, small scratch (too pics). Then, the two chairs had 3 left legs and 1 right leg (!). I reported these issues this a.m. via chat, which took well over 20 minutes. I gave up and called. A gentleman at their customer service center was able to send a replacement chair via Fed-Ex (5-8 days). That said, he indicated that I had to text pictures (not online or via call) to report the scratches. So, I was moving on to my 3rd method of contact for the day. I texted pics to the number provided, and ended up texting with the same person from the online chat. I was told I'd need to return the table at the warehouse (40 minutes away) and pick up a new table (borrowing a truck again). Their QC is apparently awful. This is what you get for "cheap" furniture. I'm currently texting with a rep who is telling me there's really nothing they can do and that I needed to open all the boxes while on the ramp (there was a car behind me impatiently waiting). Also, they ask for signature the moment the boxes are placed in your car-- there is no opportunity given for inspection upon pickup. More important, we all know that we simply expect orders to be right in the first place. I've ordered so much furniture in my life and really, I can't remember ever having an issue. The pick-up at the warehouse also wasn't smooth-- the address provided in communication send you to the truck entrance-- not a big deal, but you have to back-track 3/4 mile. Then, I was sent to the loading dock to pick up and I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone opened the door. I called (no other way to contact) and was told the dock staff was occupied (I wasn't told that 10 minutes prior when I checked in at their offices on the other side of the facility). Even the shopping experience wasn't great. I had a sales staffer that had approached upon entry and when I later approached her (after looking around the store for a few minutes), I was swarmed by 3 other sales employees. Does this tend to happen at other stores? Absolutely. That said, it usually isn't to this extent. It is hard to explain, but it reeked of an unprofessional environment. Update: I just ended this issue after over 90 minutes devoted to the this issue. They "agreed" to send the table to me... but, what an ordeal. Texting is not a reasonable method for handling anymore more than the most simplistic issue. Chats/text-based "customer service" is for when you really don't care about your customers. My advice? Go elsewhere

Dean answered my questions about current decorating trends and assisted me in finding just what I needed to help me blend my aesthetic with potential resale value in a couple of years. I saw the sign for "decorative floor tile" but did not realize there was other, less expensive, floor tile elsewhere in a separate area, and 2) have people on the floor ask customers if they need help. We were first stopped just inside the door by one friendly associate who welcomed/greeted us and recited a long menu of store specials and their back to school sale, and if we need help she's right over there at the counter for us. We were like, ok, got it, thanks! I knew what I needed and just wanted to see the colors I was buying in person, so I start shopping. Less than a minute later here's another associate, another WELCOME here's ALL our sales and our BACK TO SCHOOL SALE and if you need ANYTHING we're right over HERE by the counter! Okay, I said, thank you, that's great. I smiled and again I tried to start shopping. Another thirty seconds and here's another associate who gives me, AGAIN, the welcome/sales sales sales/we're over HERE by the cash register if you need anything! (Where ELSE am I going to go look for assistance? The deli next door at Whole Foods?) Unable to concentrate on selecting my paints, I went to give my husband the three things I had managed to pick up and was stopped by another associate who gave us both the same sales speech AGAIN. It was as though the entire shift was actively preventing me from finding the materials I was there, cash in pocket, struggling to buy. Yes, I did start getting terse and snippy when I was just repeatedly approached with the very same canned spam sales pitch by multiple ridiculously aggressive associates, because it was incredibly annoying. Maybe they thought I was shoplifting? One associate who had already given us the sales speech and apparently taken offense at my manner then approached me when I was by myself (of course) still trying to look at the Goldens. In a voice dripping with contempt, they slowly and deliberately gave me the same speech yet again. That's not creepy or confrontational, is it. Refusing to make eye contact with them, I squinted at the tube in my hands and said again, great, thanks, got it. We were in the store for maybe five minutes, seriously, for all of that. The contemptuous confrontational person came to the door while I was outside waiting for my husband, and stood with phone in hand, watching me with a little smile, seemingly texting. So on top of all that I'm sure I'm the new Karen on some sad social media site somewhere. And then we drove to the Schaumburg Blick, which is awesome with associates who are allowed to speak normally to customers and let them shop, and I bought all the rest of my paint there.
