I ended up wanting to exchange my shoes for a different size , so I took them in yesterday to exchange them. They didnt have the size I needed which was fine, so I found different shoes, that cost twice as much. I loved them. The problem was I needed help getting them off the shelf, the only one was out was the display one that I tried on but the box was way up high and it was the only one. I found a guy that worked there who was already in the shoe isle. I asked him for help, he was busy chatting on his phone before he even acknowledged me, and when I told him the situation, he told me to "just check behind the boxes lower down that you can reach and maybe you'll find one." Naturally I did that first before asking for help. I told him I did that and only see the 1 display box that had the other shoe in it. He told me " Its probably not even in there." He would not help me. SO I went to the counter and returned my shoes rather than giving them anymore of my money. I told the guy at the counter that I wanted to just return because nobody was willing to help me. All he said was :Sorry bout that." I wont be shopping there again which sucks because I spend alot of money there.

The deals are great & the staff is fantastic. The only downfall is that all the times I've gone in, there is usually only 1 register open. I always feel bad for that one cashier being the only one open & usually there are quite a few people waiting.

I love Mr. Goodbar, but I tried the Cookies and Cream Hershey's for the first time yesterday and loved those, too. I've been to this location several times. It's like any other. Usually 50cents to $1 higher once you pay. Store has been notified several times of this issue yet still will not correct all the wrong prices.

Mind you I have bought this same back pack in this store. I said, I only have a wallet in this back pack because I don't carry a pocket book. So he rolled his eyes and let me in but my daughter and I left the store after he made a scene about it. I said, I am too old to be sitting in jail trying to steal this cheap ass shit. I will never come back to this store and spend my money. You need to clean your dirty ass floors. It looks horrible in this location. You yelled at me like I was your child and clearly I'm not your child. The old me would have embarrassed your ass but I chose to go to Roses and spend my money where I felt welcomed. I have money. The cashier was very lovely but vulnerable bc I didn't see anybody else working. I bought a can opener and a knife and fork bc my hotel's set of cutlery was limited and non-functional.
