I asked the cashier about the return policy , and she called the Byron, GA, store and talked to the manager, Salem Okasha. The Manager said that I could return furniture if it's new in the box. I opened one box, and parts were missing. I decided to buy the missing parts for that item from another store. On 6/11/26 I took 4 unopened boxes back to Dealz Outlet for a refund, and that is when I was told no refunds. I see now that the manager lied to me; they just wanted to make a big sale. This is a dishonest business, and I want my money back.

They have a mixture of used hotel items, New items similar to the Potato Barn, and what also appeared to be one offs from like what a thrift store or salvation army would have. The prices on the used hotel items were very good. The prices on the new items were on the higher side, in my opinion, for the quality of craftsmanship and materials. No one approached us for helping us or asked us if we needed to find anything.
