Take it in to be repaired under the warranty and it took 4 months of them lying, claiming it would be done the next day, having Dominic tell us repeatedly it will be done tomorrow then I'd call the next day and they have no work order, I kid you not this went on for 3 months, finally had to send a certified letter threatening them and miraculously, the parts came in only to be lied to more and pushed aside again and again. Told them everything wrong with it when I dropped it off only for them to act surprised when I mentioned the hot water heater. That added another month, I've never dealt with so many unprofessional liars in one establishment. Not one person in the building knows what's going on or who's fault it is but all assure me it's not on them it's the other guys fault, the only thing these people are on the same page about is lying and taking no accountability. Such a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, if your looking to buy a camper, go anywhere but here because, I promise you, the sardine can they sell you, will break and you will wait months for them to fix it, they will lie to you and not one person in there will know what's going on with your camper while they have it. 4 months wasted, 4 months we could've been enjoying the spring and beautiful weather.
