    I would give NO STARS if I could. My husband and I bought a 2024 Forest River Salem Grand Villa 44 view in July of this year at the Camping World in Byron. We had an amazing salesman, Steven, who was incredible help from start to current. He listened to us as we had just come there after a bad encounter at another dealership so he made sure we had a different experience. We decided on this camper which cost a GOOD chunk of change (we also put $9k down towards that fyi) but it feels like because we didn't spend more, we're not important. We had the camper delivered and immediately the problems began. That day, we realized the fireplace in the living room did not work on our brand new unit. THE NEXT DAY, we went to extend the awning and the arm completely snapped, the bathroom door hinge pulled out of the ceiling again, BRAND NEW UNIT. I immediately called Steven at Camping World and told him about the issues we were already experiencing and he jumped into action. The awning broke July 23rd and they finally sent out a 3rd party company to repair the arm so that they could at least get the awning back in on the 26th. The repair man came back out on the 30th and replaced the arm and fixed the door but did not look at the fireplace because "it was not on the ticket". He told us he would be putting us in for a new awning since the fabric was stretched and warped and that Camping World would be in touch.The next few months have been complete crap as it has been constant circles between service, parts, and everyone in between. FINALLY on November 13th, I was told that the same maintenance company would be reaching out to come that afternoon or that Friday to look at the fireplace after I refused their request for ME to removed the fireplace myself and send them the picture of the manufacturer's sticker so they could send it to the manufacturer for replacement (mind you, we don't know if it's broken or just installed incorrectly because no one has even looked at it at this point). Surprise surprise... I never got a call. On the 18th I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes, finally hung up and emailed with no response. After one of the A.C. units repeatedly failing for the last two days, my husband and I decided to go up there yesterday to figure out why we are unable to get resolutions being that this all should be covered under not only the manufacture warranty but also the extended warranty we purchased as well. We were greeted by Steven who was horrified to hear of all the issues we were STILL dealing with. He proceeded to try to figure out where to start and in that process we told him we were considering doing a trade in on this cursed camper just to try to start fresh with no issues since they have been one after another since Day 1. He was happy to accommodate us and ended up giving me a call today letting me know that the unofficial offer for trade in value that he was given when asked would be ALMOST HALF OF WHAT WE PAID FOR IT JUST OVER 90 DAYS AGO.... This was bad news for Camping World because I am more than happy to share this info with any and every person who will listen that is considering using Camping World because they have been nothing but a SCAM SCAM SCAM..... Unless a miracle happens and things are rectified, DO NOT USE CAMPING WORLD. These big corporate companies do not care about you after the sale is made, maybe because we didn't spend enough money but we are just a young family trying to enjoy our camper... I'm sorry we didn't have more money to spend but that shouldn't make a difference in how serious you take your customer service. I will gladly update my review if things change but I urge anyone to steer clear of going to this dealership. Steven was and continues to be a great salesman and customer advocate and deserves a raise or better yet a job at a better company where he is appreciated because if it wasn't for him, I would be camping in the parking lot just to let these people know that I won't give up on them BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE for the pos lemon they so happily sold to us in July.

    The staff is friendly its under new management and I personally think they do a great job i had toilet issues and it was fixed Great job!

    Customer serviced needs improving in the repair department . If you sale it you should be able to repair it.

    Go somewhere else, please--these are not honest people…read more If you ever have a problem, they'll never call you back. The "technicians" have no idea what they're really doing and the management don't care to assist you, unless it's scamming you out of money. We bought a used camper from them and less than 3 months later it needed a new roof membrane, even though they had installed a new one before we purchased it. Short story is, they did not properly secure the roof membrane to the frontcap of the camper. Since it was an installation error, I assumed that they would stand behind their work--I assumed wrong. Repairs came out of my pocket, but at least I spent that money elsewhere. This place is a brick-and-mortar scam shop!

    Do I have to post 1 star? Are negative stars an option?…read more Salesman goofed. His inventory sheet was off. He was adamant that the trailer I wanted had a tankless system. Multiple times I mentioned the deal was great IF he was selling me an Imagine with a tankless. Another dealership was even questioning how Camper RV was making money at that advertised price. On the walkthrough, it was made known the trailer I bought was NOT tankless. These goons brought over their 6'5 "manager" to tell me "you got a great deal. You should have read the brochure to know that doesn't have a tankless" 100% discounting the salesman's promise. They did drop install fee for camera and vents. After this attempted shake down by their version of Sloth from the goonies. Be warned. I should have trusted Yelp and other reviews vs believe I was getting a great deal. These folks do not appreciate customers. If that person was not the "heavy" sent to scare/intimidate me, and he is just only person that was available - - then they need to understand the optics and have Lurch take classes in customer service, voice inflection, and manners. He would make a blind deaf person cry.

    Unfortunately, my review must change. Once getting home to Florida we noticed that our paperwork…read moresaid it was 24ft bunkhouse, However, online list and window sticker states 26ft bunkhouse. They bait and switched us & charged us for the bigger rv! Then aswe were starting to lay down our new peel and stick tile we uncovered hidden soft spots & that the entire floor was rotten, all the windows leak and NONE of it was disclosed by dealer. In fact their listing specifically stated "no leaks or soft spots ". I assumed, maybe they didn't know? !! 2 weeks passes and I still don't have my title To register. I called April the owner and I was given the run around that it hadn't come in yet. I called back another day it was another story and so on. Today makes 30 days and I still don't have a title which is a violation for a dealer. BEWARE! When I asked April on the phone about the uncovered damage and mislabeling she stammered & said "oh , oh it was soft!? I'm !?um, we never noticed that!". But I can clearly see they did work on rv front cap between two different posted pics... so I know they saw it Their definition of excellent is extremely loose & then you never get a title!

Of course, we were told it was in great condition. Would not recommend!
