    We just bought our 2nd RV with Mid State. We only had our 1st one a year and a half before we decided to upgrade. All the sales people are super nice. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Brian was our sales person and he was available via personal cell during the whole process. The maintenance team is top notch. Chevy did a great job walking us through and making sure we had everything we didn't think of. I can't see dealing with anyone else to buy an RV from.

    Went by for them to check my battery because it has to be jumped off to start. I have a hybrid…read morePriusC and the battery is under the backseat. The lady was trying to help but didn't exactly know what to do. She called up a guy (Dewayne I think it was) and once he saw where my battery was, his immediate response was "I'm not dealing with this tonight. I'm not gonna take your car apart tonight." He wouldn't even try to listen to me. They did jump it off, with the hybrid, the engine does not start at first. But, like a golf cart, it goes off the battery at first. He kept asking how I was gonna get out if the engine wouldn't start. I was trying to explain that it CAN GO right now. It's a hybrid. He said "well this thing is just a piece of junk" I said at least it gets 50 mpg! He said "well it's getting 120 now because you arent going" This man was a car guy, yet wouldn't even try to understand what was going on or try to diagnose/figure out how to fix the problem. He just kept saying it was a piece of junk and that he wasn't gonna do all that crap tonight. Do not recommend. I understand hybrids are different, but he wouldn't even try to understand how to fix it. HE is the car guy. It was ridiculous how he talked to me and I do not recommend coming here if whatever it is isn't an easy fix.

    I've been a customer of Jeff Smith Ford for the past six years always had a positive experience…read morewith the fleet service side of Jeff Smith Ford when coming in for a simple car maintenance schedule with my Ford Edge Titanium. AJ is my service advisor and always been upfront and very helpful when there is an issue comes a long and need it fixed. The service technicians who work on the vehicles are nice and very helpful when explaining where is an issue. There is plenty of seating inside of the fleet service building, drinks and eat machine are available just incase you get hungry. Plenty of parking upfront by the entrance to the fleet service building. How long is the normal wait to get your vehicle looked at? All depends on the current day and time you arrive with your vehicle it is best for you to drop off the vehicle just incase you do not want to wait for the vehicle to be looked at and to see what is wrong with it. If I had to recommend the fleet service center side of Jeff Smith Ford I definately will!

    The service department is great and have been very helpful. But…read more.. The sales team is a load of bull. My trucks transmission went out a few weeks ago and I had it towed up to be worked on. While waiting to see if ford would cover the fix I went ahead and started asking for numbers on a possible trade in as I need a vehicle quickly. I talked to a sales man, told him my situation and told him multiple times I was ok with doing a "soft pull" just to see if there was even a possibility to get approved with my recovering credit. He reassured me three separate times that it would not hit my credit and was "just to see what we were working with"( my mistake for trusting him I guess ). I then got a notification from Credit Karma that there had been a hard pull on my account. I then flagged our sales man down and asked him why they had done a hard pull after reassuring me three times that it would not hit my credit. He said " there is no such thing as "soft pull" ( even though that was the exact words he originally used) and that they had to hit my credit "to see what it was at". I expressed my concern about both the lies and the fact that it will now show up in my credit history but reluctantly agreed to move forward to look at what trade in price and rates would be since the "damage was done". While waiting on a trade offer to come in I got a notification that they had done THREE MORE HARD PULLS with out my consent on my credit and said they where "trying to find me a good rate" and that " because they are doing it in one location that it would not affect my credit" (which I knew was BS), at that point I was beyond pissed off but stupidly stayed another few minutes to see what they would buy my truck back for, which actually was a reasonable price considering the current issue. I then left hoping my fragile credit would not take any long term damage but sadly a few days later I now see that my report is still showing three hard hits, which is the average expected number for a whole year, and my score went down, and to make it worse in my experience and research that will take at least a year, probably two, for that to come off my report. As a local full time first responder and part time service member I am extremely disappointed in these people and their intentional deceit. I am going to take a copy of these above statements and screen shots I have to the BBB and credit agencies but I'm sure at this point there is nothing to be done.

    Go somewhere else, please--these are not honest people…read more If you ever have a problem, they'll never call you back. The "technicians" have no idea what they're really doing and the management don't care to assist you, unless it's scamming you out of money. We bought a used camper from them and less than 3 months later it needed a new roof membrane, even though they had installed a new one before we purchased it. Short story is, they did not properly secure the roof membrane to the frontcap of the camper. Since it was an installation error, I assumed that they would stand behind their work--I assumed wrong. Repairs came out of my pocket, but at least I spent that money elsewhere. This place is a brick-and-mortar scam shop!

    Do I have to post 1 star? Are negative stars an option?…read more Salesman goofed. His inventory sheet was off. He was adamant that the trailer I wanted had a tankless system. Multiple times I mentioned the deal was great IF he was selling me an Imagine with a tankless. Another dealership was even questioning how Camper RV was making money at that advertised price. On the walkthrough, it was made known the trailer I bought was NOT tankless. These goons brought over their 6'5 "manager" to tell me "you got a great deal. You should have read the brochure to know that doesn't have a tankless" 100% discounting the salesman's promise. They did drop install fee for camera and vents. After this attempted shake down by their version of Sloth from the goonies. Be warned. I should have trusted Yelp and other reviews vs believe I was getting a great deal. These folks do not appreciate customers. If that person was not the "heavy" sent to scare/intimidate me, and he is just only person that was available - - then they need to understand the optics and have Lurch take classes in customer service, voice inflection, and manners. He would make a blind deaf person cry.
