I'm sure they probably "double-dipped". More than likely charged us and turned in a warranty claim. One of the worst Freightliner dealers in the US. Avoid them at all costs.

They took the time to explain how to use it and to make sure it was adjusted correctly for my specific towing needs. After it was installed, I drove over 2,000 miles to get home to Las Vegas and Dennis continued to follow up during my trip to make sure that everything was going well. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.

He kept asking how I was gonna get out if the engine wouldn't start. I was trying to explain that it CAN GO right now. It's a hybrid. He said "well this thing is just a piece of junk" I said at least it gets 50 mpg! He said "well it's getting 120 now because you arent going" This man was a car guy, yet wouldn't even try to understand what was going on or try to diagnose/figure out how to fix the problem. He just kept saying it was a piece of junk and that he wasn't gonna do all that crap tonight. Do not recommend. I understand hybrids are different, but he wouldn't even try to understand how to fix it. HE is the car guy.
