Told them everything wrong with it when I dropped it off only for them to act surprised when I mentioned the hot water heater. That added another month, I've never dealt with so many unprofessional liars in one establishment. Not one person in the building knows what's going on or who's fault it is but all assure me it's not on them it's the other guys fault, the only thing these people are on the same page about is lying and taking no accountability. Such a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor, if your looking to buy a camper, go anywhere but here because, I promise you, the sardine can they sell you, will break and you will wait months for them to fix it, they will lie to you and not one person in there will know what's going on with your camper while they have it. 4 months wasted, 4 months we could've been enjoying the spring and beautiful weather. The "technicians" have no idea what they're really doing and the management don't care to assist you, unless it's scamming you out of money. We bought a used camper from them and less than 3 months later it needed a new roof membrane, even though they had installed a new one before we purchased it. Short story is, they did not properly secure the roof membrane to the frontcap of the camper. Since it was an installation error, I assumed that they would stand behind their work--I assumed wrong. Repairs came out of my pocket, but at least I spent that money elsewhere. This place is a brick-and-mortar scam shop!

Multiple times I mentioned the deal was great IF he was selling me an Imagine with a tankless. Another dealership was even questioning how Camper RV was making money at that advertised price. On the walkthrough, it was made known the trailer I bought was NOT tankless. These goons brought over their 6'5 "manager" to tell me "you got a great deal. You should have read the brochure to know that doesn't have a tankless" 100% discounting the salesman's promise. They did drop install fee for camera and vents. After this attempted shake down by their version of Sloth from the goonies. Be warned. I should have trusted Yelp and other reviews vs believe I was getting a great deal. These folks do not appreciate customers. If that person was not the "heavy" sent to scare/intimidate me, and he is just only person that was available - - then they need to understand the optics and have Lurch take classes in customer service, voice inflection, and manners. He would make a blind deaf person cry.

I called April the owner and I was given the run around that it hadn't come in yet. I called back another day it was another story and so on. Today makes 30 days and I still don't have a title which is a violation for a dealer. BEWARE! When I asked April on the phone about the uncovered damage and mislabeling she stammered & said "oh , oh it was soft!? I'm !?um, we never noticed that!". But I can clearly see they did work on rv front cap between two different posted pics... so I know they saw it Their definition of excellent is extremely loose & then you never get a title!

I took it in for a recall that I had already done the footwork on with Lippert and even presented them with this information. After two months they told me it was not covered. After I spoke with the GM, he then said they had messed up. Upon picking up my RV I noticed they had torn down my curtains with the rod included. Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. I still have not looked at everything. Beware. I believe the negative comments and think the majority of the positives are made up.
