We had to order a dress three different times because of inconsistent sizes, orders being canceled without consent, and delivery dates being pushed out by months. After these problems occurred, we called nationals, who were no help. They would not answer the phone or reply to texts. Then we went to our local store. No surprise, they were also no help. On top of no help, they were incredibly rude and made sarcastic and degrading comments. After being left with no option other than buying a dress that was too big, they had the audacity to try to charge us double the price of the dress for the alterations with nothing more to say than "hm pretty hurts." It is baffling the lack of respect and common sense that this whole company and this specific location have. The following comment was, "You should have tried ordering earlier or a style that takes less time to make," even though we began this ordeal three months ago. Also, we went to try on the dresses to find the size for a specific style. When the dress arrived, it was two sizes too big despite the fact that it was the size they told us to get in-store after trying it on.
