Minutes after that, I noticed a man following me, either staying on the same aisle as me or very close to it. Apparently, if you have multiple tattoos and blue hair, you get profiled. I really wanted to confront the security guy that was following me or the clerk who decided I was a threat to a discount store but I am non-confrontational. The clerk also decided I was such a stealing threat that he scanned my stuff for me at self-checkout. And didn't give me my receipt. So, if you have multiple tattoos and colored hair...watch out! You will probably be profiled too.

We had to order a dress three different times because of inconsistent sizes, orders being canceled without consent, and delivery dates being pushed out by months. After these problems occurred, we called nationals, who were no help. They would not answer the phone or reply to texts. Then we went to our local store. No surprise, they were also no help. On top of no help, they were incredibly rude and made sarcastic and degrading comments. After being left with no option other than buying a dress that was too big, they had the audacity to try to charge us double the price of the dress for the alterations with nothing more to say than "hm pretty hurts." It is baffling the lack of respect and common sense that this whole company and this specific location have. The following comment was, "You should have tried ordering earlier or a style that takes less time to make," even though we began this ordeal three months ago. Also, we went to try on the dresses to find the size for a specific style. When the dress arrived, it was two sizes too big despite the fact that it was the size they told us to get in-store after trying it on. Fair warning to those who still choose to shop here after this review: you only have seven days to return a dress, EVEN THOUGH the website says 60 days. As a bride, I am warning you...
