They only serve junk food, fountain drinks and Dasani (filtered water). I had a Fiji water bottle on my table (the only water I drink). When the server came to bring our food he started screaming and being extremely hostile and rude. He kept insisting I take my unopened water out to my car. Mind you I am here with five kids under age six. So did he want me to take all five kids out in the cold? Or leave five toddlers unattended? When I asked him, he grunted and then grabbed my water bottle and took off with it creating a scene I was not allowed to have it here. For goodness sakes I spent $150 on food and drinks! I am not allowed to drink water that they don't even sell! It is not like I brought a cooler with drinks and snacks into the facility. The pizza we ordered had black hairs in it. The floors were filthy. The chairs at all the tables were filthy and the staff are standing around joking around with each other and being unattentive to guests. The floor was so disgusting the kids white socks were black on the bottoms when I went to put their shoes back on. I am not sure how the health department has not shut this place down. In the three hours I was there I did not see one staff member cleaning. The staff were also eating while preparing food and no one in the food area was wearing globes. Snacking on popcorn and candy while preparing guest's food is a MAJOR food department violation. Most of the place is an arcade with only three inflatables. The lack of cleanliness during cold and flu season seriously concerns me to ever return, even without the exceptionally rude and aggressive server. The day prior we went to Xtreme Air and despite the slightly higher admission, it was a much better value. They had no issue with the Chick-fil-A we brought in and the focus was more on excercise and play versus video games and arcade so no need to waste $20+ per kid on game cards. The facility was also exceptionally clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We also bought lots of snacks at the facility as well, but it was nice they didn't have issue with the diet lemonade that I brought in from Chick-fil-A. Hint: if you are caffeine intolerant like me, they can make it decaf!!! Now for the books...they truly have a wonderful selection. And I'm not sure who does their displays but they are very talented and funny. I really enjoy walking around and finding new books. While I've never been a huge fan of Dillard's overall, this Macon location does a solid job for the area. My main gripe with Dillard's has always been their sales, or lack thereof. When they do offer a decent sale, the infamous 3-day return policy on sale items is a deal-breaker for me. Living close to an hour away means that if I change my mind, I'm usually stuck with something I'll probably never wear. And as someone who is absolutely a sucker for a sale, that part hurts a little. That said, when I need something urgently and don't have time to order online, Dillard's often comes through in the clutch. The selection here is fairly well-rounded, with options ranging from bedding and handbags to clothing and fragrances. It's not overwhelming, but it's definitely adequate and thoughtfully curated for the market. One thing this location does very well is customer service. The associates are consistently friendly, and because the store is usually not very busy, they're genuinely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I can typically find exactly what I'm looking for without wandering aimlessly. Overall, while it's not my go to for deals, this is a decent Dillard's location and a reliable option for the area when you need department-store shopping without the chaos.

And the new book I bought was on sale so I felt like I was getting a good deal there as well. I think you can park in the front and the back of the store. There is a stair case and an elevator. The workers were very nice and attentive and answered all of my questions. It's pretty cool that you can trade in books for store credit. We traded in a bunch of books and received $100 credit. The use of the credits is a strange system. You can only use store credits on used books and then you can only use the credits for 50% of the price of the book. So for example if your book costs $10, you have to pay $5 out of pocket and you can use $5 in store credits. The books are very well organized but I didn't like that they mixed new and used books instead of having separate sections for each. Overall good experience. I'll be back to spend my credits.
