When I did speak to someone, the delivery was confirmed and I always told it would still take place. I along with others on your FB page never received their orders and now to find out you also own this business and they are reporting the same thing. Total scam! You should be ashamed of yourself. People have entrusted you to fulfill their requests for their special occasions and you totally failed. The negative comments on FB have since been deleted and I'm standing outside of your store now to request my refund since no one answers your phones, lights are on, but no one is inside and the front door is locked. Despicable. You ruined what was suppose to be a very special and meaningful gift. Of course I have the option to dispute the charge on my credit card but this company needs to take accountability. I spoke with a representative who explained the whole process, showed us pictures of other clients, and gave us design help, and several options to choose from. They were out in a couple of days installing, done in a few hours, and our house was beautifully lit up that night. There were a couple of bulb issues, but I called and they came out that day and took care of it. We will be using Paulk outdoors for our holiday lights from now on. In the winter months they come once per month, and in the growing season they come twice per month. As the owner of a mature yard, I am particularly pleased with their hedge and shrub trimming.
