However I never received the horrible customer service I received today. When I walked in the store I said hi to the ladies at the front trying to be pleasant. Not one said hi back! Instead of saying hi or some other pleasantry the manager Tiffany decided to yell ABSOLUTELY NOT! Now this was right after I said hello and passed the counter so I looked back and asked if she was addressing me. She said yes and demanded I pull down or take off my face mask. This is the very moment I realized I was being racially profiled by an inept employee. I didn't know she was the manager at the time. However I knew anyone brazen and dumb enough to try and embarrass a customer walking in by yelling this had to be inept! Tiffany proceeded to tell me that I fit the profile of a recent thief. I asked why because I'm black with sweats and a face covering? She said yes. I asked if this was company policy she also said yes. Now I know she is lying as this makes no sense! When I called Corporate they assured me it is not policy! You wear a mask to protect yourself and others from Covid pulling it down defeats that purpose! The worst part about this is her lack of decorum or analytical skills. If you believe someone is about to steal why not watch them on the camera or discreetly follow them, in order not to cause a scene. Instead she believes the way to manage is by causing a scene that's why she yelled at me not knowing anything about me! When I met her aggressive behavior with aggressive behavior she then threatened to call the cops! This dumb manager thinks it's ok to try and embarrass a customer with her over the top yelling. Then she acts surprise when the person returns the aggressive behavior! To top it off the clueless manager had one front door locked. This is building code violation in every state in the country! When a business is open so must be the doors. This is the most basic of manager duties and knowledge, in case of fire or other emergency/disasters doors must be open or have a push bar! Tiffany obviously doesn't know what she is doing. Trying to treat customers like prisoners and thief's while breaking code violations

When it came up $1.25 I asked "Why is that the price when the item is on sale" he responded with "I don't know but this is how it rang up" so again I asked "Then why does it say on sale for $1!!" He repeated the same thing "I don't know but it rang up $1.25 are you going to pay it or not" I then said "I want to know why it's being advertised on sale if it's not?" The manager then threw his lanky arms up in the air and said "look I'm tired of repeating myself are you going to pay $1.25 for both items or not?" I then said "Wow you don't have to get nasty with me for asking why YOUR prices are marked different" I put my debit card back in my wallet and walked out the door. The cleanliness of both the food court and mall is impeccable, with diligent staff ensuring everything is in order. Surprisingly, the restroom facilities were also impeccably clean. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. The store was very busy by Janithia was very calm and helpful. The went to great lengths to blow up my balloons. The 2 helium tanks in the front of the store were empty. Instead of saying "we are out" she went to the back(out of sight) and emerged a few minutes later with a huge helium tank and a hand truck. I was so thankful and pleased that I asked her if there was anyway to write a letter to let someone know how helpful she was to me. She directed me to the bottom of my envelope and I had to take the time to fill it out. I hope she receives some sort of recognition for her efforts. Thanks for the great customer service Janithia!

For those coming into town and staying near the airport, you really don't have to look any further. There are a few negatives which includes wait times to dine, the flow or lack thereof in relations to traffic, and parking but the upside to the issue with traffic and parking is that you can access the Marketplace using the MARTA system.

I guess most want to make sure that you don't need any help but please, give me a chance to look. The sales people were very honest in opinion when asked and I did not feel that they were trying to push a sale. Ironically, I didn't see a wall dedicated to women but I did see one for men and children. I ended up getting a pair of shoes that were for men but look great on me! Oh, they take military discount.
