We used House of Hines for the Groom's Party at our wedding. When the suits came in, a groomsman's…read moresuit pants were not the correct length. Also, the best man's suit had two different color accessories and the pants did not fit based on the measurements that were done. When the best man went back to pick up the suit, he tried on the pants and they fit. On the day of our wedding, we discovered that the jacket that he previously tried on and was the correct fit, had been switched to a jacket that was way too small. This was discovered less than two hours before our wedding. House of Hines had someone bring the correct jacket to our wedding venue and later refunded the best man. My husband and I reached out to House of Hines because we were extremely displeased and felt that we should have received some sort of refund. Although, the best man was refunded, the bride and groom were the most impacted. The stress, panic, disappointment that we endured, in addition to the wedding photos that were ruined due to one person not having a jacket on were astronomical. I expressed my frustration and was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with someone in a position to make it right, and was told I was speaking with the correct person. I am very disappointed. We did not have to receive a full or partial refund for the groom, but they should have at least offered us a restaurant gift card or something. We chose House of Hines for our wedding and we were impacted by our best man not having a jacket during our wedding ceremony. Our ceremony pictures will be forever ruined by their error. Any gesture would have been appreciated, but they were unwilling. I will not refer anyone to House of Hines and will warn people not to use them in the future.

Located at the Shoppes at River Crossing, next to Bonefish Grill. As many times as I've been to…read morethe surrounding stores, I'm shocked that I've never noticed this place before. I went in today after seeing an ad on Instagram. My salesperson, Jamel, was very kind and knowledgeable regarding their product- 3 Step System. It's possible their system has its benefits, however it's not exactly what I was looking for nor was the price point what I expected. My quote was about $1,900!! I would be more comfortable with this price tag if these were custom designed or reviewed by a Podiatrist, not just a sales rep. They do have several payment options if you're interested. If you're in the market, check them out.

Called ahead and asked if they had a way to check pressure points/ areas of concern and was told…read morethey could which wasn't a lie. They were able to do so and super nice. However this is not a shoe store which is what we were expecting. The salespeople were really nice and knew their stuff. But the issue arose when we realized it wasn't a shoe store and was for an insole system instead. They do not do returns but will exchange insoles as needed. For three insoles I was quoted $1,500. I told them I wasn't able to afford that and was told they could do a soft check on my credit. After looking up reviews online I learned that they give your information to a third party company that runs your credit. The people were wonderful, don't get me wrong but the product cost was unbelievable. We spent almost two hours in the store because it feels like a sales pitch and they try to get you to stay. Giving three stars because the staff were wonderful but I'd stay away unless you're explicitly looking for insoles, and be prepared they won't tell you a cost until the very end.

Today, Christmas Eve, was the only day that my mom, my sister and I had to go dress shopping. The ladies here opened their store just for our appointment, and we couldn't have had a better time helping my baby sister find her perfect dress. The selection is big, the dresses are beautiful, and the atmosphere was that perfect small shop feel. It was exactly what my sister had been looking for. Within the hour, we had the perfect dress and the perfect headband to go with it. Thank you.

Well we were wrong the minute walking in, there was no effort to making the bride to be feel special. The associate did ask for pictures and the bride showed her and she specifically said no strapless. Well that was the first dress she put her in, we did finish the appointment and at the end she did say "well you find the dress you are looking for out there" and then the associate had the nerve to call the bride an hour later to say we found this dress and sent a picture, she couldn't of found that when we were there! I feel like she could have been more professional. The vibe was very flat and very disappointing for a first time!
