We used House of Hines for the Groom's Party at our wedding. When the suits came in, a groomsman's…read moresuit pants were not the correct length. Also, the best man's suit had two different color accessories and the pants did not fit based on the measurements that were done. When the best man went back to pick up the suit, he tried on the pants and they fit. On the day of our wedding, we discovered that the jacket that he previously tried on and was the correct fit, had been switched to a jacket that was way too small. This was discovered less than two hours before our wedding. House of Hines had someone bring the correct jacket to our wedding venue and later refunded the best man. My husband and I reached out to House of Hines because we were extremely displeased and felt that we should have received some sort of refund. Although, the best man was refunded, the bride and groom were the most impacted. The stress, panic, disappointment that we endured, in addition to the wedding photos that were ruined due to one person not having a jacket on were astronomical. I expressed my frustration and was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with someone in a position to make it right, and was told I was speaking with the correct person. I am very disappointed. We did not have to receive a full or partial refund for the groom, but they should have at least offered us a restaurant gift card or something. We chose House of Hines for our wedding and we were impacted by our best man not having a jacket during our wedding ceremony. Our ceremony pictures will be forever ruined by their error. Any gesture would have been appreciated, but they were unwilling. I will not refer anyone to House of Hines and will warn people not to use them in the future.

We had a meeting and she told me that every customer I've worked with absolutely loves me BUT then turned right around in regards to my evaluation and said to my face that I was "just a warm body." Her dresses are all under $600 and I got mine for $300! I wanted some alterations to do still, but it was still so much worth it!!!! I called around to other retailers with the same dress (none of whom had the dress in the right sizes on their rack) and they all were blown away by the lack of customer care that was shown by Elegant Expressions. One of them even went so far as to call the owner and ask her why she wouldn't work with me. The owner of Elegant Expressions called and left me an ugly voicemail telling me that they would never sell me another dress. No worries, I wouldn't buy another thing from this unprofessional establishment.

Every dress is out by color and they give each girl three tags. You place the tag on the dress you want to try on and the girls working there pull it. They have a run way at the back of the store with dressing rooms on one side and parents on the other. The workers help the girls in and out of the dresses and all you have to do is pick the dress. We loved on dress but have to order it in the right size. They will even ship direct to you. I would highly recommend given our experience here.

However, The Sentimentalist called me on October 8th to let me know it arrived at their shop! I was so excited! Since I was out of town, I booked an appointment for October 15th, requesting to be paired with Lauren again if possible. I parked and headed inside for my 12PM appointment. The associate at the counter got me checked in, asked if I wanted anything to drink, and seated me in my room. Soon, I was met by a smiling and sweet Lauren! She had arranged her schedule to make sure she could be there with me today. She guided me to where my gown was hanging and prepped for me, and stood right outside the curtain in case I needed assistance. When I came out and looked in the mirror, I was so pleased. I had brought my veil and shoes with me for the full effect, and Lauren had even kindly boxed my veil up for me and packed it in a nice tote bag, since I had brought it in all wound up inside the shipping bag it had come in in.
