His son has taken over and the way he conducts business is way different than his father. He offered me a $1000.00 dollars for the ring. i said may i ask you a question? He said thats my offer take it or leave it. I said no thanks. I said the spot price for gold today is $4150.00 a ounce. He said we have to make money to. $3150.00 is a big difference and should be ashamed to offer such a low amount when clearly he knows what its worth. Terrible experience.
