The roof was supposed new yet leaking with staining in the dining and is clearly evident. The main Joyce has no braces, the floor is warping and buckling (visually noticeable) and several cross joists are rotted, a corner in the M. bedroom is sagging (visually noticeable). Not to mention three different plumbing leaks and wiring cut and hanging exposed under deck, sinks and crawl spaces. We lived out of state and bought unseen hoping we could trust our realtor and inspector. We used a VA loan which usually has high standards. . This is how vets are treated? I would never recommend this company.

Do not waste your time with this appraisal service if you want to close on a new home as they…read morepicked the lowest comps around devaluing the property over $20K which almost prevented the sale until we had to drop the already agreeable reasonable priced home by $14K to allow financing/purchase. They selected a $28K home that may not have even been move in ready for a comparison where we went back with other comps for consideration within our price range that would not even be considered. Additionally, would not allow consideration of the new carpet and relatively new appliances throughout along with turn key ready. Very disappointed in this appraisal as we have NEVER experienced such a low appraisal provided in our many home sales experiences.
