His son has taken over and the way he conducts business is way different than his father. He offered me a $1000.00 dollars for the ring. i said may i ask you a question? He said thats my offer take it or leave it. I said no thanks. I said the spot price for gold today is $4150.00 a ounce. He said we have to make money to. $3150.00 is a big difference and should be ashamed to offer such a low amount when clearly he knows what its worth. Terrible experience. My dear friend Leonard Parks always spoke highly of Howard. Maybe his son should follow him and have some hospitality. Lost this customer for good.

Now that return to office is happening, I needed to dust off some clothes and get them dry cleaned!…read moreI decided to check out B.A. based on the great things I've heard about them. They are not cheap, but I think they did a great job on the three pieces of clothing I dropped off. I had a dress ($11.95), a sweater ($5.95), and some pants ($5.95). I thought the price for the dress was a tad expensive, but maybe I'm just out of touch with what the market rate is these days. Again, I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner since March 2020. Either way, my clothes look great and smell fresh. I'll be returning soon and look forward to checking out their alteration services as well!

There are 2 sides to the store one is full of bins that you search through and the other side of for nicer items that you bid for online then come in and pickup. You can get some decent deals online but beware of undisclosed service charges also a random charge appeared on my credit card but the workers in the store weren't very helpful when I asked about charges. Beware of the pickup times. Paying memberships have expanded hours, non members have reduced hours and they won't deviate from that even if you are five minutes early. My biggest issue is the disorganization, the long waits and the employees that don't seem to care. Plus the rules are somewhat confusing I don't think you can make returns, everything is as is but maybe you can make returns if you're a member? I'm not sure. The employees weren't helpful in explaining how it worked. I would not come back to search through the bins but I would consider bidding on items again because some good deals can be had even if you are taking a risk on as is items.
