I am so grateful to the whole staff at Carrie's Bridal. They were amazing! The family traveled to…read moreGA so we could all be at my sisters for Christmas this year. Today, Christmas Eve, was the only day that my mom, my sister and I had to go dress shopping. The ladies here opened their store just for our appointment, and we couldn't have had a better time helping my baby sister find her perfect dress. The selection is big, the dresses are beautiful, and the atmosphere was that perfect small shop feel. It was exactly what my sister had been looking for. Within the hour, we had the perfect dress and the perfect headband to go with it. Thank you.

Well we were wrong the minute walking in, there was no effort to making the bride to be feel special. The associate did ask for pictures and the bride showed her and she specifically said no strapless. Well that was the first dress she put her in, we did finish the appointment and at the end she did say "well you find the dress you are looking for out there" and then the associate had the nerve to call the bride an hour later to say we found this dress and sent a picture, she couldn't of found that when we were there! I feel like she could have been more professional. The vibe was very flat and very disappointing for a first time!

Needed a flower arrangement to be delivered locally to a close friend after a death in her family…read more COG was wonderful, great assistance on the phone, because I didn't want to just order something generic online. I told her what I was looking for based on my friends likes, and the reason for my purchase. The florist went out of her way to help me customize the perfect arrangement for my friend. Then when the delivery driver arrived at her home, he couldn't get anyone to the door. This is the part where most drivers would just drop it off and leave, but the owner of the florist called and asked me how I wanted them to handle the delivery. I greatly appreciated her doing that, because my friend had actually ran out to the store, and if the driver had just dropped off the flowers and left, the recipient likely wouldn't have seen them until much later in the day, and the sun would have taken its toll on them. Customer service at it's finest! And the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! It couldn't have matched my friend's personality better if she'd picked it herself, great job, COG!

A month later, and a lot of money, I picked up the watch. They only shortened one half of the band (it's a split band) and used yellow gold to solder it. It doesn't sit on my wrist as it should since one half of the band is longer than the other, and the yellow gold shows up significantly against the white gold. Very disappointed.
