Its Dollar Tree, what do u expect. they either have what u are looking for or not. staff friendly, store somewhat clean, prices reasonable.

Dollar Tree is a great place to go for low budget groceries and supplies, they have freezer food, snacks, and seasonal candies. I have not had a problem at this store, and I do not expect to, because they have great service. read more

It's very cool there is a Dollar Tree nearby for me to do all my Christmas shopping. Their selection was pretty decent. The store was too messy, either. I've been to some pretty bad Dollar Trees in the past. Dollar Tree also gets kudos for not being fakers and increasing their prices to $1.0099 like the no-longer $0.99 cent store! read more

Forget Party City, Toys R Us, Target and even Walmart. This is the go to place for all your party and social gathering needs, whether you're a guest or the host! Party Decorations - balloons, themed material and unthemed. BTW...not all balloons there are $1, the larger ones can be up to $2 Gift wrap - great selection of bags, wrap, greeting cards, tissue paper, ribbon and bows Toys and Goodie bag fillers - example! 3 diecast cars for $1 vs. 1 hot wheel for $1.50.... for a 2yr. old who doesn't know the brand name appeal, this works! Plus I look like a super star in his eyes, when I can buy sooo much for him!! They also offer crafts and school supplies, books and activity material. Bubble fun - assorted bubble makers, wands and bottles of solution Seasonal toys - right now, beach and pool toys still available. Example! I bought a bucket and shovel for $1 vs. Walmart's $5.99 "low cost" special. Plates, tissues, serving ware - because who wants to clean or use their own dishes and utensils for a large gathering?? and the ever fun...plethora of cleaning supplies. I can spend hours in here. The last party I planned I got most of the stuff here. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for, so don't expect high-end, long lasting stuff. Think: use once or twice and toss. That said, not sure how I feel about buying groceries there or any other discount store. A bag of chips or water, sure. not much else. Same goes for the make-up. The staff is pretty laid back, so don't expect Nordstrom-like service there. Even if there's a long line up, I've never once seen them open up another register. So be patient and browse around. The place is packed with goodies, but clean and orderly enough that you can peruse pretty easily. read more

This is the third time I have either experienced or witnessed a rude employee at this location. This will also be my last time shopping at this location. I am very sad because I believe in customer service and have always given the benefit of the doubt when in these situations. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Went in for Easter basket fillers, found several nice small toys but when I attempted to check out the woman at the register informed me one of the toys was on recall and she could not sell it to me. I had been at the store in the previous days and saw the same items and asked why they were suddenly recalled; she said she did not know but they get a recall list of items daily. My concern: if the items had been recalled on that day (I personally did some research & found that they contained unsafe levels of lead paint), WHY were still on the shelves when I arrived at the store an hour after they opened?? Seems like a potentially dangerous toy should be removed ASAP and I know from working in retail that the staff arrive well BEFORE the store opens. The display was right by the door and I've seen the local HS kids grab items as they pass using the 5-finger discount. The item did not come up as flagged for recall until she scanned it, then she told the manager who finally removed them from the shelves. Deeply disconcerting. Besides that incident, the store itself is filthy (items at the top of wall displays are covered in dust) and completely unorganized. The staff generally seem like they have had lobotomies and many of the products have to be inspected closely for cracks and other imperfections obviously due to poor stocking practices. Other Dollar Tree locations I've visited have been great however. read more

They have a lot of stuff other dollar trees don't. Although I did go and the cashier forgot to give me one fo the canvas I bought for decor that I really liked. So there goes that. But they do carry good stuff read more

I am a huge fan. I don't know why I didn't know about this place before, I have been missing out for a long time. I decided to go here because I am hosting an Ugly Sweater Xmas party soon and needed just inexpensive decor for the party, and found everything and more I needed. Not only is every ONLY $1, but the place is well organized and very clean. I want to go back already and I just left. Anything and everything you'll need from cleaning supplies, decorations and candles, toys for children, and more. Its love for only $1. read more

Decent selection of items; however, they've def sold out of certain items i've needed (i.e. tape measure). It's usually not that crowded and it's pretty clean. I can't be too picky, as it is only $1... Overall, if you want something cheap and low quality this is not a bad place... read more

I visit this store at least once a week. Today, 9/26, at @ 11:35-11:49 Am i noticed a big crowd. no limit in number of people inside. I was in a hurry and needed a few things. It took me 30-50 seconds to grab the few things. because i saw a man directing a line that split in two for the registers open, # 2 and # 4, i thought to myself this is gonna be easy. the man turned out to be manager, Doug. I got in line, and then it seems the line not moving, there were about 12 people already filing along this one hall, suddenly i see doug, not directing traffic but getting balloons filled. i went to check, and register 2 had a line of its own now. much shorter, i thought, doug will return to fix the problem that often happens at registers not been followed in proper order, but no, nothing happened. what pissed me off, is that i was there for 15 or so minutes in line. the cashier at #4 was new, her name Vanny, she made mistakes, didn't move fast enough, and frankly didn't care if line had 20 people. on top of that there was no AC, i was sweating like a pig. The doug gay was soaked, and filling balloons was consuming him and he appeared overwhelmed and even disoriented. i mentioned to vanny about ac and the slow pace of things and she did not even respond. Lots of people. slow and disorderly fashion to help people in line and in compliance with health and safety guidelines and just pure lack of disharmony. Get with the program Doug! I was a service manager many years ago, and my main goal was to keep everybody happy, and moving. many times i rolled my sleeves, opened a third register and manage to control even the flies that came in the store, of course if was a fast food store! or I won't be coming back soon, and tell my close ones about experience! 15-20 minutes in line is not acceptable for a half a dozen things to buy! read more

Service is not good at all.... long lines when workers are available. When they page the manager for assistance he take his time assisting with change. read more

1 dollar for everything in the store...what the heck? yup it's true I heard about it and thought it was like the 99 cent store...it's exactly like that except I thought this one was cleaner and had more interesting things that would suit me Lot's of seasonal decoration/cards/kitchen ware/cleaning supplies/water and beverages/games for kids...of course not everything in there is worth buying but if you're a college student, on a budget, or just a plain bargain shopper and to save that extra money this is the place to hit up! *Side note* Be careful in there because since everything is $1 it's easy to get carried away quick! Lol read more

I needed to get some balloons. This was the closest store in the area. Cashier was friendly despite being alone and having 30 customers in line. She had to ask mgr to come out of office to help balloon service. Manager was rude n ghetto. It was like a bother to her. She acted uninterested that so many people are waiting in line. Friendliness goes a long way, shouldn't loose it no matter what store you go to. read more

This is a nice, big, spacious, clean Dollar Tree. It had better quality items and a better selection of items. I like this one better than any other Dollar Tree that I've ever been to. Plus, its right next to Fresh and Easy. How awesome is that? Very. It's very awesome. read more

This spot is great. I've been in a million different dollar and 99cent stores, but this one is good. They have everything! Ton of gift wrapping, cards, toys, kitchen and laundry stuff.... bath, candles... I mean everything. It's not the cheap stuff, but at the cheap price. People are friendly and worth at least checking out. Everything in the store is a dollar, but careful.... it's easy to "dollar" yourself into spending more than you should! read more

They NEED MORE WORKERS. with only one register open I was in a line that went to the back of the store for about 17 min. I was in such a rush and so irritated. But I needed the supplies. read more

I work next door the staff are constantly verbally abused through no fault of there own because there are never enough staff.

I stopped by after shopping at the F&E next door for a couple pet collars for the two cats that live outside. Well, 2 items turned into $100 very quickly. I work for the school and state testing is coming up next week so I picked up some snacks and juices for students just in case they get hungry and to keep them focused. Overall this Dollar Tree had SO much stuff but was not overwhelming. Everything was kept very clean and organized, I didn't feel caved in like I do at some of the other Dollar Trees. Also, I just found out Dollar Tree takes manufactured coupons. We were best friends before, now we are even more best friends. The cashier was very sweet. A younger girl, I'm guessing right out of HS. Overall, I love this location above all the others I've been to. Keep up the great customer service, clean store, and over all awesomeness. read more

I spent countless dollars here and finally enrolled in Dollar Tree anonymous; it's a 1 dollar rehab program with 12 steps, $1 a step. Thank goodness I caught myself in time not to loose everything. I'm looking forward to being able to browse in the store again. read more

Not my favorite location. Recently, they replaced the flooring, so I get during the work I would have to mind the clutter. However, I've noticed the clutter is still there. The aisles are usually stacked with boxes you need to get around, and the items are in a disarray. They ran out of bags and I needed to stuff my purse with my items. The cashier didn't mention this until after she starting walking away. Thankfully, my purse was large enough. read more

My 1 star is based on the management of the employees, especially when it's exceptionally busy Love this location for a variety of reasons, however, there seems to be a problem with management of the cashiers. They don't seem to get that stocking is no where near as important as getting the customers the service they need. One register open? Why? Maybe corporate needs to consider redesigning the register area so that when absolutely no cashiers are standing at the registers and are doing, whatever it is that they are doing, they can see when a customer walks up looking for someplace to get them checked out. Several people mentioned that there are not enough cashiers/associates. I'm not sure if that's the case, or, if more than one person breaks at a time. BTW, one person, who's name stands out because of his positive attitude, and genuine love for what he does, is a young man named "Cody". WoW! Exceptional! Right on it every time I see him at the store, and, personable... If I could give points for best service by an employee, it would be him. He would get a 10/10, he's that good. And, whoever hired him, thank you! There are a couple of other great employees there as well, but, I don't see them often enough to know their names... that is, if they even still work there... Don't know... But, grateful for this guy's dedication to doing a job well, even if it's not the best paying job, or the job of his dreams... Good for him**********! So, if you don't mind waiting in long lines, waiting for employees to "heed the need", If you don't mind being ignored when a new cashier comes on to a register and does see that you were next and allows someone who hasn't been waiting for 20 minutes, go in front of those who have tried to patiently wait in the long line, or, like me, continue to look at stuff until there is a lull in customers, then, you're going to fare much better than many. read more

this is the "one cent more" store...basically. came here because a friend needed some cheap arizona green tea and was curious to see what the hype was about. walked in and didn't know where to start, and not in a kid inside a candy store kinda way. too many things piled everywhere, each square foot of this place was obviously put to use. so we picked up the $1 arizona green tea. not the big can, but the big plastic bottle. score. and...that was pretty much all i bought. i would pick up an item and think "is this expired?" or "what brand is this? it looks shady". i love budget shopping, don't get me wrong, but i value freshness and quality. anything i feed my body better look legit. i guess i should check out another dollar tree just to be fair but there is a 99cent store near my hood and im happy with that joint. and well, its cheaper, by one cent. haha. now that's being on a budget. holler. read more

This place is clean and organized!! Great selections too! Now they sell grocery's too!!!

lots of cool finds for only $1

Two weeks ago I came here and they only had ONE cashier and the line was soooo long. I waited almost 30 minutes!!! The cashier asked the manager for back up and the manager didn't do anything!!! Poor guy, I think his name was Raphael. He was really nice and you could tell he was trying his best. It's the managers' fault, they're all about overpowering the workers just because they can. Someone needs to tell these managers to do their job and stop passing it to the workers under them. read more

love this store, clean great selection, the only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because of all the times i have stood in line going up the aisle, tons of people in line but 1 cashier? Hopefully this will change, but im still coming back! read more

I feel sorry for the tellers - everyone seems very nice, but they do not last long. I would guess they get very low pay. Prices are the same as all other 99 cent and dollar store. Soem things are a good value and some cost more. You need to know what something costs per measure (such as ounces) to see if it is a good price or bad. read more

Just left this store and was amazed how the cashier Sophie just did. She had seriously about 30 customers in line that wrapped around and she apologized to everyone and did such a great job. I was very disappointed to see the lady manager look to see the long line and walk to the back! I have seen her do this a couple of times. Everyone in line was pissed off but everyone was so nice to the cashier because of how professional she was. If I was working and saw that many people I would of quit my job. The manager really needs to step it up. I have seen her 3 times not care how long the line was she doesn't help out but this time it made me so mad that I thought I would write something. Customers come first whatever you were doing by the balloons and then had to walk to the back could of waited. On top of that the girl called for back up twice! I gave it 4 stars because of the cashier. The lines are always way too long I won't be coming back I would rather pay the extra to have quicker service. Good job Sophie you should go find a different job where they help you out beciase you are a damn good worker and didn't deserve that bs today!!!! Happy thanksgiving everyone read more

About 30 minutes ago I left the store with a negative feeling about my experience in this store.while getting my change back from the Stephanie i asked if she could give me one $5 bill instead of all $1.00 bills. I had asked for $10.00 cash back from my debit card without knowing there was no cash back at the time. Stephanie responded no and followed saying there is no cash back at this time. I said okay but next time it would be good for you to count the money back to me. Stephanie retaliated by saying next time you read the sign no cash back. Instead of apologizing or even trying to be patient she just stood there and I lost it my asking for her name and I said the b word. I called about 3 minutes later to report how rude this lady was and the young man answered letting me know she was the manager. read more

great place to stock up on holiday give aways for children and aquaintances. they have a really good selection on gift bags for birthdays and other occasions. the first time i visited i went crazy and bought almost everything - everything i didn't need of course! as i returned on future trips, i noticed they rarely got anything new. but i did get a name brand iPod video case (hardcover) that is pretty nifty! it's never really busy to shopping here. read more

Yes this store is organized and very clean, but I have to say some of the staff members here are really rude. I came to grab balloons and I completely understand that they are time consuming if the balloons I need aren't already blown up. The staff member, I believe her name was Stephanie was very rude. Almost as if I was an inconvenience to her for asking for balloons. Once the 8 balloons were done I paid and made sure to say thank you as again I understand that balloons take up time, and instead of saying have a good day or you're welcome she rolls her eyes and hands me the receipt without saying a word. Again I'm pretty understanding and appreciate staff members for blowing up balloons, but at the same time i expect good customer service. read more

Beware ... HORRIBLE attitude and customer service by manager Stephanie and cashier Derek! Only 1 lane open and 8 people in line. Cashier "Derek" was in "break" sitting at end of next register on smartphone. I asked if another cashier lane could be opened to which I was told when they are done with their break. Manager Stephanie was the only other employee at store. Derek then asked me if I had something to say to him. I said if you are on a break it might be helpful to not be sitting in front of a line of people and take it in the back. He said "whatever" and "deal with it" . I then asked Stephanie for the managers name and she said it was her. I asked if she was going to allow him to speak like that to a customer ... she didn't answer me. I then asked again how could she left an employee be disrespectful like that to a customer. She again didn't answer me. That's ok ... I'm calling corporate in the morning. I was pleasant and didn't deserve this treatment ...last time at this store. Deal or no deal ... rude young teenager shouldn't speak to anyone like that. read more
