As I type this I'm standing in the toothbrush aisle waiting for someone to come unlock the toothbrushes. I've been standing here for 15+ minutes and nobody has come by despite me spamming the red "Help" button on the wall. Does the button work???? I have no idea..: but you can't seem to find any help in this store for much of anything. If you need a quick deodorant or a bag of chips, come to this location. If you actually need help with anything more??? Do not waste your time. Go to the Bellflower location or heck, go to the Torrance location. Anything can and will be better than the customer service you're getting at this store in Signal Hill.

This is just to update my review from Target…read more Located in Signal Hill the border of Bixby Knolls literally across the street on a huge lot that also houses Chick Fil A on the corner. Please see my prior reviews for more complete reviews on other items. Todays visit is for Target drive up I love the drive up app it's easy to use and most often 95% of what I want or need is always in stock at this store and whatever isn't I have shipped or delivered to my house at no extra cost they bring your order to the car you show the order number and boom you're out of there. Tell the app you're on the way drive up and enter your parking number the wait isn't long but at peak times the wait time is longer. I shop inside the twice a month my the last visit in store I found it clean well stocked and the staff were helpful as always the line wait is too long for me most often and I prefer the self check out. I most often need monthly dog care items potty pads, doggy tearless shampoo house items such as toilet tissue paper towels, antibacterial hand wipes although I have noticed Wet Ones wipes (20 pack) have shrunk and the price is higher I bought the generic Up&Up brand I will let you know how the two brands compare. I also bought an Ever Care ultra sticky pet lint roller and bought a generic brand Up&Up pet hair and lint roller I will let you know how it compares to a non brand. Came here while running errands with a friend. Since we were passing by I asked her to swing in. These Walmart feels a bit clustered, in a similar way to Hobby Lobby. It's almost so packed that it starts to feel cluttered, even though most items are organized properly. That being said the prices and variety are quite good. An item my friend wanted to pick up was sold out but that's because it was discounted quit well compared to other stores. I find their prices super competitive, but end up often going to other stores to do my general grocery shopping as sales on meats are often better elsewhere. But for general/most items I feel like Walmart is pretty solid.

If you push the button for someone to come to you they will NEVER come. You could wait the rest of your life and not a single employee will come to help you. Think you can just call the store to have them send somebody? Nope! They never answer, they just ignore it like everything else. If you try to walk around and find another employee to help you they will either tell you to go fuck yourself or say they are gonna call someone to help you and still nobody will come. I've wasted so much of my time just waiting for these fuckers to do their jobs. Whats the point of having things for sale if you wont even let people buy it? Infuriating. Checkout is painfully slow. The issue I'm having is I had one pair of shoes that I had bought about a week ago I had the return through email receipt. I went in right before I had an appointment tonight 30 minutes before expecting to be in and out how to cashier don't know her name Seemed very nice but could not figure out how to get the return done off of my email receipt because it was not scanning then I guess the store manager was standing right next to her. His name is Jesse. He offered to help try to scan my receipt from my phone, unable to scan my receipt for my phone. He said my only option was to get store credit. I told him no that is not my only option I have the receipt. I should be able to get the money back on my card. He said no we can only do store credit. I persisted and said no there's definitely another way you can do this as a store manager he should know other ways to handle situations like this. The receipt email not being able to be scanned from the system. Has nothing to do with me. I did my part by having my receipt. He took my phone so he can look at the email then I don't know what he did. He pressed some numbers on the computer and copied some numbers off of the receipt and boom the return was done just like that and money was able to go back to my card. The thing that upset me was, he was so over trying to help me out in another way, and just automatically was trying to force me to get store credit when that is not how I wanted my refund, especially with having my receipt I should've been able to get it back to my card I should not have had to push and have to get attitude just to make him go above the the minimum work sadly, I had to throw a fit in order for him to just do it the way it was supposed to be done because he was trying to take the easy way out and just give me a store credit definitely not good service from the store manager Jesse more like lazy and seemed like he did not want to help

The service was just ok…read more Several workers were in the aisle putting garments back up the clothing lines but did not speak. The greeter was very nice though. A lot of aisles were hard to go through with baskets due to them being so small. Many aisles were messy and needed to be cleaned up. Ample parking. Overall, a great place to shop for bargains for the entire family. They have everything you need from perfume, and home decor, to clothing and shoes for men and women. Plenty of kids' clothing, shoes, and toys.

Unfortunately, I didnt know that if I used my PayPal account, there is no way to pull up my order unless I had the actual order number. I went to another Nordstrom Rack and I was simply told I couldnt return them because there is no proof of purchase. Enter Kamila who saved the day! She called their service line and was able to pull up my order. She made the return so easy! I'm glad I went to this location! Thank you Kamila! Also, sidenote, why doesn't Nordstrom include physical receipts when mailing orders.
