Good sized store and it's pretty organized. Come early because it can get crowded later on during the day and the aisles are super narrow. Lots of items are priced around $2-4. They also offer 20% off clothing items on Tuesdays. Make sure to bring cash because that's the only form of payment they accept. No fitting rooms but you can try on items over your clothes. I always find a lot of natural fibers. I feel like every clothing store nowadays only make their clothes out of polyester, acrylic, and nylon, literally plastics which aren't good for you so it's nice being able to find clothing items that I could wear comfortably and I know it will last a long time. read more

Prices aren't bad but as another review said that they double staple the clothes and it makes holes in them is still an issue. Almost all of my clothes ended up with a half an inch hole around the collar and was very noticeable. Not even worth buying clothes because they damaged it while they price the products. read more

Good affordable prices and discounts on certain items on certain days. It's CASH only and they do not give you a bag with your purchases, you have to buy one. It's A LOT of clothes on the racks so you really have to take your time to go through them. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because of no bags and so much stuff piled in those racks. Just moved back to the area and decided to stop by because I saw someone walking in. If you drive by this place looks like it wouldn't be open, I lived in the area a few years ago and never stopped in before as I thought it was a long closed store. I assure you it is VERY open and packed with goodies. It's worth putting aside a couple of hours and scouring through the racks. Lots of name brands and vintage! Light on housewares and other goods but worth it for the clothes. Bring a tape measure as the fitting rooms are closed at the moment. It's also cash only, I missed the big sign at the front when I walked in but the staff was nice enough to hold my items until I came back from the ATM about 30 minutes later. This is an awesome thrift store! The prices were so cheap that I had to ask someone if they were correct! Many items were 95 cents or $1.91. Kind of weird pricing, I know, but so cheap! They also had some items at higher prices, like brand new brand name jeans for $6 and $9. But everything was prized amazingly! From left to right, they sell kitchen items and miscellaneous household items, women's clothing, shoes, children's clothing, men's clothing, bedding (sheets,etc.), purses, and books. Behind the register are several higher quality/higher priced items. It's your typical thrift store with a little bit of everything for a great price. The good: Everything is super inexpensive Wide variety of brand names Quality items (hence their name?) Racks are constantly maintained by employees The less than good: You have to flip through a lot to find what you want (but that's a given at a thrift store isn't it?) CASH ONLY (they have signs everywhere) It's a bit cramped, but there is still enough room to move around decently. No dressing rooms (but at these prices, if it doesn't fit, just donate it to someone!) Not the best part of town (but not the worst either). Overall, this place is almost 5 stars in my book. I have never been to a less expensive thrift store. I need to start exploring more of them to see if there are other places like this out there! I've been donating to the Salvation Army and Goodwill and have been into those stores, but the prices here are a mere fraction of those store's prices! The best part? On the day I went, everything was an additional 30% off! And I guess they do 50% off certain items (price tags are color coded, so green, white and gold might all be 50% off at one time) during most weekends! This place is a gem. I've been going to their store for over ten years, and as I've grown with my style I can always count that they'll have something for me. Watch out for their flyers! I haven't seen them recently (though I haven't really looked for them), but the flyers will point out discount days based on tag color. While I love the selection and most of the staff are nice, my last experience left a bad impression. I asked one of the staff if she could hold my items while I go get cash. She was polite and agreed. By the time I came back it was still 15 mins before they closed and as the staff who agreed brought me and my stuff to the register, the staff at the register refused to ring me up when there was only one other person in line. If you come here remember CASH ONLY and come before 4 because they apparently will refuse to let you buy anything if it's too close to 5pm. read more

Since moving to California almost 2 years ago, all the thrift stores I have been to have been so overpriced, and I lived in Fresno -_- this thrift store though, these prices are comparable to what I'm used to in the Midwest! (~$4 jeans ~$3 dresses) they even have color tags (that changes week to week I believe) that are from 25%-75% which is great. Large selection and when I went around 10/11 am on a Friday, there was a lot of shoppers and it was pretty warm, especially in the dress and jean section, the A/C doesn't flow the best there, just be aware especially with a mask on, make sure your hydrated. If your an avid thrifter like me be prepared to sort through every piece of clothing since they do not sort the sizes, only by clothing category, I didn't mind as I want to make sure I don't miss a treasure piece. When getting your clothing they want you to leave the hangers on the rack, so they won't have to go through heaps on hangers at the cashier. They only do cash, so be ready. I also brought a measuring tape as they do not have dressing rooms. The employees were very kind and doing their best cleaning and stocking. I was so impressed that I came back around 3:30 pm that same day, and it was less packed, they do close early so make sure you give yourself enough time to browse. read more

Most of the workers are friendly, but there are a few who are so so mean that it is genuinely saddening to be there. I've worked retail for years so I understand the frustration of seeing shoppers make messes, and because of this, I don't make messes when I shop- I don't drop items on the floor, leave things out of place, or make a hard time for workers. I came to this thrift for the first time in the last week and immediately noticed the feistiness from some of the older ladies lol... they make so many announcements on their speakers reminding everyone to leave the hangers on the racks and to NOT bring them to the cash register, like legit three announcements in the span of ten minutes. Around 4 they start closing so if you're planning on coming here, you should know that they begin closing about an hour before their stated closing time. Around 4:15, one of the ladies makes an announcement that they will begin closing in about 15 minutes, to be aware of that time frame, and to make last selections as well as head to the register. Then like three minutes later someone is back on saying that they are actually now closed and to go to the register now. At this point, it's like 4:20ish so I start heading to the register but noticed that everyone was still looking around. Because of their miscommunication, I figured that I still had like ten minutes to make selections since that's what was previously stated, so I check one last area before I get in line. As I'm finishing up and about to walk away, an older woman yells at me and my partner to stop "digging" because the store is closed and to get in line now- meanwhile there are still other people looking through racks lol and it's legit like 4:20 when their hours say they close at 5. I was like damn this lady is either having a hard day or she's just mean lol. Like I said, I've worked retail and I get it, it's tough, people can be rude, but I'm not the type of person to make a mess in a store, so the worker telling me to stop "digging" kinda rubbed me the wrong way because I wasn't making a mess or removing items from their hangers. I head to the line after bc like damn lol and there's only like one person on the registers and there's still people looking around and trying stuff on around the store so I'm not sure why I was the victim of that woman's inner hatred haha jk. After standing in line for a few moments. Must check in and leave your bag at the front when you come in. No Dressing Rooms! I wouldn't say "Quality" Thrift; More like "Quantity" because everything is so cheap you can so much with just $20. Bring your own m shopping bag if you don't wanna pay for a paper bag. It's rare but you can find in-style clothing that you can probably find at F21, but everything else reminds me of what I would wear in the 90's and early 2000's. They have stuff other than clothes too, but I think the place is worth checking out so you can get an opinion for yourself on the items they have. Quality hood? Not so much. Quality parking? Meh. Quality cleanliness? Absolutely not. Quality crowd? Eh... Quality Thrift? Me thinks so. Quality Thrift is actually a pretty tiny store and although it does offer a smattering of the typical thrift shop offerings that exist beyond clothing ( electronics, books, records, housewares, sporting goods, bric a brac and furniture) this is not a store to visit for anything besides clothing (and a weirdly large section of holiday items). If you are looking for gently used items you should probably stop reading because this is a store full of dusty old school rags. If dusty old clothes to wrap your body in is your thing it would suggest you read on and when you visit check out the men's section. I found countless older sweaters from brands such as Izod, woolrich, Lacoste, JC Penny ( old old stuff) and similar brands. I found many sizes and styles suitable for both guys and girls. I also found several older Tees that were pretty neat as well as a few light jackets. For the most part, the items I saw were in pretty darn good condition. As far as the store itself goes, it's absolutely filthy. When I tried on the found the sweaters I liked and decided to try them on and had to take off my sweatshirt and when I looked at the floor to set down my stuff I threw up a little in my mouth. Everything that isn't hung up is carelessly thrown somewhere and probably hasn't been cleaned since the Clinton administration. Honestly, the amount of treasures this store is festering with is probably on par with it's termites situation so Imho it's a small price to pay for walking off with a bounty of treasures. The prices were pretty good. I picked up a vintage Lacoste sweater for seven bucks and this was one of the more expensive pieces of clothing in the store. The non-clothing items were also incredibly cheap but their poor condition couldn't justify their bargain prices. Like most thrift stores, Quality does offer color tag days and if this is the name of your game, make sure to find out as soon as you enter the store what color tags are on sale for the day. The staff here is was super friendly. Quality thrift attracts a tough crowd and the people that work here are angels. I was "that girl" who bolted into the store about twenty minutes before close and was the last person in line before the store closed up and the ladies behind the counter didn't flutter an eyelash and smiled and wished me a wonderful day. God bless these ladayz Helpful hint: the store is NOT open on Sunday and it closes at 4:45 everyday. I know, weird time but you have been warned. Please stop telling people about this place. I find an amazing selection of men's suits, sport coats, and shirts here and I don't need anyone jumping my claim. The selection is vast so you can always find medium to high quality men's wear. Prices are ridiculous, I bought an almost new London Fog trench coat with the lining and zero flaws for $9.79. I get sport coats for under $7.00 every day. The one I'm wearing now is a beautiful navy, Birdseye pattern made in Italy. $7.67. Booya. First time and last in this thriftStore , while shopping I got asked to take my stroller towards the register, that they don't not allow strollers and I was like okay I'll just put my infant baby with his car seat in the shopping cart but it did not fit so the employee told me I could just use my stroller if I didn't mind getting checked after I leave, but then another employee was like no you can't have your stroller, you can leave your kids by the cashier while you shop . I have always passed by this store and thought it was closed but decided to check one day and they are definitely open. Hugeee selection of clothes. Not many houseware items. I've found some good finds there. Also they have deals on certain days. There's a list on the wall right after you enter. Great prices. The times I have gone they don't charge a bag. They give you a black trash bag. I got one full bag for under $35. In my experiences I haven't had any bad interactions with the employees, they're all nice. There's a couple cons about this place, the isles are so small. You're practically rubbing against people when passing. A lot of people just grab a bunch of stuff and leave it in their cart until they're almost done and go through what they want or don't. So if you see something you like grab it! It'll be gone if you go back to it later. This place is cash only! Also, there's signs by the door saying all strollers must be left in the front, and to leave bags in the front. (To prevent people from stealing) the times I've gone, my small crossbody bag is okay to go around in the store. Anndd they staple a paper with the price on the clothes, not on the tag. Also reception is terrible inside!! Couldn't FaceTime a friend to ask if they wanted something. And pictures wont send. I went in the this thrift shop saw a leopard print vest I Asked some white Chic employee how much It was since If wasn't priced. She grabbed it from me said I couldn't have it until it was priced. I asked if I could have back I could ask the manager if she could price it since I was from out of town. It would be hard for me to return. She said No. to make a long story short I made it a point to stop by the next morning as soon as they opened. I searched every where for that vest after an hour I was about to give up when to my surprise Isela an employee that was aware of what happened the day before came to me with the vest in her hand and handed it to me. This store is amazing. I mean nice size store with awesome deals. Prices were $1.21, $1.91, and $3.98 for about 80% of the items. Some long jackets were around $12. They had some amazing stuff, and this past weekend was 50% off of 3 of the colors. For example i purchased a Tommy Hilfiger tsn blazer for $1.96, I got a Vintage 2 piece shorts set for 0.98. Way better than buying at the mall and just getting two shirts for the price of $20.The store was big and have a variety of clothing for both male and female.
