They can only take what they're low on inventory or is a popular "teen" brand. Took about an hour and a half to complete my buy. It's nice they send you a text when it's ready so you can go run errands and come back. The staff is super nice and eager to help. Once again, kudos to the staff for making the store look more like a boutique vs. a 2nd hand store.

They always do some great sales, my fav find was north face boots for my kid I got used! I also found a great north face coat for my son. Immediately I was hooked, so much that I had to go there on 12/30/25. Surprisingly the store was moderately busy and with the help from a very friendly staff member, I was able to locate them.
