The parking lot here is just filthy! Trash blowing around, old plastic cups, fast food wrappers, pieces of paper & old plastic bags; all need to be picked up. The sidewalk needs a good pressure wash cleaning too. Inside isn't that bad, but the exterior is just terrible. read more

Hands down the most organized, clean, quiet, and stocked dollar tree in the area! I get the greatest all natural skin care here that has made my skin more beautiful than when I used high end tatcha products! I love stopping into this location. The generic candy bars are 100grams and only 1.25. Dark, milk, caramel, and raspberry filled. Comparable to dove chocolate. I was a fan of dollar tree, but slowly that's wearing away. I bought onion powder from one of the other locations and we didn't have the receipt for that because it's dollar tree. We don't always say yes to receipts.... Problem: The onion powder had the safety covering off and my partner refused to cook with it. I went in to see if they would exchange for one not tampered with and the answer was no; not without a receipt because people steal???? Huh. I'm not asking for a refund only an exchange. I just told them to toss it. It's a $1.25. Well, lately I've been leaning towards buying seasonings in bulk at other places anyway. Things aren't even a dollar anymore, so it's not much of a deal and it's such a tiny amount it's not really a savings. I would still come here for gift wrapping and seasonal decor but other things I'll pass. The other locations are usually not stocked with a lot of things either (sigh). This one is probably the best one in the area when it comes to having stocked items. I wouldn't say I'm never coming back, but I definitely will not be frequenting as often. read more

This happened on January 13 2026 I was shopping in this Dollar tree minding my business when all of a sudden I witnessed two employees physically grab a customer and yank a basket out of his hands while loudly SHOUTING at him and using FORCE to usher him out of the store. Both employees, middle aged woman with short blonde hair and another with long black hair in a pony tail on top of her head , proceeded to yell talk about this man in a derogatory way for several minutes. They could be heard throughout the store. As I saw them putting the items back they were saying how they assumed he was about to steal even though I did not witness this man trying to walk out of the store with the items. He was accosted before he had a chance to reach the cashier. The amazing regular management and employees I regularly see were not present at all and Ive always had a good experience shopping here with the usual staff and I was shocked and appalled at this treatment. Nobody deserves to be treated like that and I hope that they serve major consequences. read more

This Dollar Tree is one of the few that I like going to. Whenever I stop in I see that the shelves are full of items, nice set up from the entrance and to the back of the store. Things are organized, clean aisles, the staff are all nice and helpful. I like to see that this store has a great selection of many things and of course can't beat the prices. I have to admit, I love me a good Dollar Tree store. And this one doesn't disappoint. Let me start with the positives. They have sooo much stuff. There is another location that's closer/newer, but this one has so much more inventory. I'll find holiday things still in stock even after the other locations are almost sold out. I was frequenting this location for a Halloween project I was doing because I knew I would find what I needed. They have everything; holiday decor, school supplies, glassware, cleaning supplies and much more. Now for the negative. This in an older location, so don't expect fancy. The employees aren't super friendly either; not rude, but not the friendliest. And of course, everything is $1.25 now. Boo inflation. I love me a good deal, so of course I'll be back!!! read more

Store Rep: Yes, but we only fill our balloons. Me: OK, do you have soccer-themed balloons I can buy & fill? Store Rep: No, our balloons are plain -- solid colors only. Me: Can I buy balloons from you, but ask you to fill my soccer balloons with helium (instead of the solid balloons I buy from you). Store Rep: I'm not going to be able to do that. Me: But I would be buying balloons from you. Think about the intent of the store policy. You wouldn't be giving away "free" helium. Store Rep: No, I'm not going to be able to do that. I was pleasantly surprised with the welcoming feeling that this store provides. This is my first visit here and I was greeted by the cashier as we walked in the door. We wandered around the store and did our shopping stocking up on some items such as paper plates and picture frames that usually one does not see the selection as this store has. The shelves were stocked very well on almost every aisle. The carpet in this store made the store more appealing since most dollar trees have tile. When we checked out the store clerk, Pedro was our cashier and greeter had that same upbeat attitude making small talk conversations with all his customers. This is my favorite dollar tree in the valley! I frequently get things that I can't find at any other location. Personally, I get their OxiClean carpet powder that I can't find anywhere else. They have a huge arts and crafts section and a ton of high quality baby proofing (which my cats hate but we love). I like this location. It used to be a Fresh and Easy back in the day. The layout is pretty good and the selection is what you will typically find in these stores. If I had to knock one thing, it would be the cleanliness of some of the aisles. It's kinda weird as some aisles are nicely stocked while others looked cramped and just thrown together. It's definitely one of the better locations I've been to, but not the best. I like the location most of all. That is what will keep me coming back from time to time. read more

This Dollar Tree is in the old Fresh & Easy building and retained some of its refrigerators in the back, but outside of that your never know what was there before. I'm glad something finally occupied the space as it made the area look a little desolate. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and there is a good variety of items at this location. Usually dollar stores get a bad rap for carrying "junk" but I've picked up Star Wars reusable bags and seen several name brands here. Very clean, well-organized store and each visit I've made goes well. I like to pick up crafting supplies here since it's so close to my house as well as cheap. I'll never go back. It's always unorganized and everything is ALWAYS out of stock. I've never been in there when the shelves actually look decently stocked. The shelves are always bare with a few things tossed around. I like the organization of the isles... but it's a terrible store overall. The dollar tree on Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas Is pathetic. I placed a order online because they discontinued a product. This was going to be sent to the store. It took over 2 weeks to finally arrive. I received the email earlier today. Went to the store to pick up my order. Was asked to wait in line. When I finally arrived at the front of the line, manager used a walkie talkie type device to contact someone in the back to bring my order to the front. After waiting for a while, someone finally showed up to let me know that my order was never put on the truck. I asked why did you send me a email that my order was in. She could not answer me. I ended up giving my phone number to this person and I am sure it will be a while longer until my order actually arrives. Just hope the order is actually there the next time they contact me that the order is in. Customer service and care no longer exists. Never even received a apology. Was told that they could refund my order. Told them I cannot get this product in the store, I already waited for over two weeks to arrive, why would I cancel the order after waiting this long. If my order actually shows up I will post again. read more

I went in today on the way to the cemetery like I often do. I like bringing my son inexpensive but fun items whenever I visit. Since it's baseball season I went to find him a bat and ball along with other spring time stuff. I was so excited to find a baseball Easter basket, it was perfect! I went to finalize my purchase at the checkout counter where who I believe was the manager informed me I couldn't purchase the basket. I told him it was for my deceased son and just perfect. He wouldn't allow me to buy it since it was after Easter and was meant to be put away. Not to make you feel bad for me but my tears welled up and I sat in the parking lot balling my eyes out. If something is out on the floor then it should be available for purchase. It's a stupid dollar item and guest satisfaction should mean more than it being out of season. I doubt I'll be back to this store being that what was meant to be joyful turned into such a negative experience. It's obvious Dollar Tree isn't compassionate in the least read more

I frequent this location for snacks and craft items. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always find way more than what I need for sure, and the value is generally way better than the buck you pay for the stuff. I have never had to wait long to check out. The store was clean and organized. The lighting was a little dim, but no big deal. You can find all sorts of knick knacks for a dollar here. There is a lot off off brand items, but some brand name stuff like Crest toothpaste and Palmolive dish soap, but the size is somewhat smaller than what you find at your regular stores. So it may seem cheaper, but you are getting a smaller quantity. They also have all sorts of Mylar balloons for a dollar. I saw a little boy wanting a Paw Patrol balloon for his birthday and his mom then bought it along with some other birthday party goods like paper plates, cups, etc. I know elsewhere the same balloon would have been $6 or $7 easily. There was a line at check out with only one person working the register, but it moved quickly. The cashier guy was polite and friendly even though it was busy. Overall, you can find some bargains here if you know what you're looking for. The store was clean and it will do if you're just buying a couple of small things, especially for one time use things i.e. party supplies. read more

This is like a two minute drive from my house so I come here all the time. I come here at least once a week and I was there on the day it opened. So I have been here a bunch of times. Honestly this place is amazing. I can't believe some of the things I find here. I am super grateful for dollar stores. Are usually buy everything for parties here. Are used to buy the helium balloons for 3 to 5 dollars each now they have them here for a dollar. I buy snacks here all the time. They have so many good brands and well-known brands as well. I have been shocked so many times when I find things here that I have bought from much more at other places. I would say they have an amazing selection of things. If you wanted to save money you could honestly buy pretty much all you need to live here. The products and the prices are amazing the only problem I have with this place is that it is very understaffed. They usually only have one cash register open. It is very rare when I see two that are open. They also only really have like two employees add a time. I have had so many times where I couldn't find anyone in the store so I had to go bother the people at the cash register and I don't like doing that. It's nothing too bad since not a lot of people come here. I never have to wait too much time but I wish there was maybe one or two more employees there. read more

I am only giving this Dollar Tree two stars due to two employees who in the past have offered great customer service, otherwise, this Dollar Tree deserves zero stars. I have been going to this store on Eastern and Wigwam since it opened. For years it has been well stocked and for the most part the majority of the employees have been welcoming, "Hi, welcome to Dollar Tree", as well as helpful. For about the past four months, or so, my husband and I have noticed a change, as no one says "welcome to Dollar Tree" when we walk in and the store is usually in a disarray. this store has also been out of stock on many items, not sure why. What is most concerning is manager Chelsea, she has horrible customer service skills, and in my opinion, she should not be in a management position. This being said, it occured to me, that perhaps the reason for the lack of care for the store and poor customer service from the other employees is a result of Chelsea's less than professional attitude and poor management skills, just a thought. As a result of my dissatisfaction with this location, I recently shopped at the Dollar Tree on Green Valley Parkway, and I was pleased! They said "welcome to Dollar Tree" when I walked in... had everything I needed and checked me out with a smile. read more

Store is always clean and shelves are always stocked. They have everything you need here, always my go-to for any item I need. I usually check here before going to a department store like Walmart. Only thing I would suggest is to have a second cashier soon as the line starts getting to be 3 or more people. One time I came in and there were 6 people in line, the one at the very front had ordered balloons to do the registrar had to step aside to make those balloons and no one took over the register after she stepped away. read more

No help on the floor and two cashiers, one who insisted on charging an elderly woman for an exchange and the other one inflating balloons while at least 10 customers waited in the checkout line.
