The young lady who monitored the self check out was clearly hired as a mannequin because she just stood there and twirled her hair instead of helping seniors with the self checkout purchase. She turned her head every time the green light turned orange. The aisles are all over the place and this wasn't the case a couple of years ago. The fruit section is always so sloppy. Please hire people who enjoy customer service and keep this store looking nice like other neighborhoods.

This Walmart needs attention from leadership. If you have Walmart+ in home delivery, and this is the Walmart you have to use, prepare to NOT receive your deliveries as they get delayed significantly and often. As of right now, new Walmart+ orders have a lead time of 6+ days!

I visited Big Time Clothing on 11/05/2019 and put a shirt on layaway because they did not have my…read moresize. I wear a 2x but the customer assistant informed me they run small and suggested a 3x. She put in a request for that shirt. The shirt was $109.99 before tax which was quite expensive for a shirt so I was confident the assistant knew what she was doing. The customer assistant lady was very nice. I came and picked up the shirt on 12/03/2019 and completed the purchase of the shirt. $120.44 total. When I put the shirt on which was selected for a photo shoot, it did not fit in the neck...too small. Extremely disappointed I had to change my outfit for the photograph, I attempted to return the shirt on 01/05/2020 and at first was told I could do so by the same lady but I had to purchase something in the store with the credit. I has spent some time and had already picked out a few items when the service lady told me her boss said to not give me the credit for the return and to come back in and speak with them. I am disabled and 65 years old and it takes a lot out of me to get around. I am flabbergasted the this business would treat me in this manner. I now want full credit for this shirt that does not fit and want nothing else out of this store. All of the sizes are all mixed up as they are not made in America. I seen one sweater that was a size 5x but I could tell it would fit me. Proper Courtesy might have gotten them a good customer.

He was charged for all of them, even though there was no way he could eat more than just the one he had ordered. He had ordered from them in the past, so it wasn't like they didn't know a "typical order" from him. He was charged for all 19 pies (over $400). I got a wrong order today which I thought was a delivery driver mistake (they took a photo), but I now suspect was an inside job. A label with my name was on items that didn't match whatsoever what I ordered off their website. I order expensive and much needed items like eggs, milk and meat leading me to believe that either someone in the store or doing the deliveries are taking what they want from people's online orders figuring Corporate will refund the customer anyway (which happens through chat...they are unable to contact the actual store or driver).
