The store is kept neat and they have really good deals. I went in looking for the viral Snoopy bracelets but unfortunately they were gone. I did find some great clearance on coffee sugar free syrups and different chocolate for my mom. They also have really cute candles and home decor. The staff was friendly. read more

As a kid, I loved playing dress ups and apparently this has stayed with me as an adult. Only now, the reason for wearing costumes is some fun themed party. Y-Me, Pickwick Society Tea Room and CD and Me have all joined together for a tea party benefit for Y-Me so of course a bunch of us in Frankfort are going, tickets bought, done. Then we noticed the fine print that tea party hats are encouraged. Tea party hats sound fabulous but I don't have one, aack! Once again Kristin S. supplies a place to buy the right apparel. (She's getting pretty good at helping me spend money.) Go to T J Maxx, they have all the Derby Hats you need. Call these bonnets what you will, they did indeed have a healthy and varied supply of them. I got one for my daughter, one for her friend and well, two for me. I couldn't decide between the white and the black! I also managed to find part of a house warming gift and then I had to just steer the cart to the register. Fun items at good prices! Today 10/11/22, I decided to go to the TjMaxx n do a even exchange. I was looking to buy a large travel bag. Couldn't find the right one. I found some pretty black boots on the clearance area all the way on top with no tag. I decided to take them n checkout. To my surprise they where labeled with the wrong tag. The price was 129.00 I refused to purchase. I commented to the cashier that the store should be more organized not to let it happen again in a calm collective manner. I noticed a female eavesdropping on my personal convo. She was making remakes about what I was saying. I dnt know who she was. Apparently she's a manager at TJMaxx in Homewood IL. She was being very rude n speaking under her breath. I ignored her until she made I contact n began blurring disrespectful comments. She accused me of saying a Spanish word I didn't speak of. She called me an idiot. I was calm n responded to her saying I can't speak Spanish in America. I won't recommend anyone I know or family to shop here. She was being horrible n racist. I will ve contacting the local news station. Paying customers should nor be treated like this it's unexceptable. The other cashiers or workers just stood there n did nothing. Scared to lose there jobs or whatever. The manager never stated who she was n why argue w me. Telemundo, Fox News Univision will be notified. Ppl should just be nice n caring especially if u work in retail. I reported female to corporate. Waiting to see if they take action. We've been through enough ever since covid. read more

I'm a TJ Connoisseur and this location is the Bees knees. It's very clean, well organized and seems to always have a great selection. The purse and dress section are specifically juicy. My favorite activity is pull through the Starbucks drive thru, right in the same plaza, and then pop over to here for a delightful morning of shopping! read more

This TJ Maxx is the bomb.......and it's in the South Suburbs!!!! It is smaller & older than many of the other TJs in the area but it is my go-to store for all around shopping! It's always neat, tidy, well stocked & well organized and has a great selection in every department. The workers are very friendly & helpful.....The Checkout can get busy at times but they move the line through at a good pace. You can go here but leave some good stuff for me!! read more
