Just completed a return (even exchange) at this Target location. Employees were very pleasant, extremely efficient, and so helpful. I had called ahead to ensure that the item I needed was available. The team member who answered the phone (Rebecca) directed me to the appropriate department, and the team member (wish I had gotten her name) who ultimately confirmed the item was available was equally as friendly and helpful. As a Target girl it was nothing but great to visit a Super Target on a Saturday morning. Thankfully, I didn't go too crazy and I was able to get everything I needed. The staff was great, the store was clean, the prices were typical Target pricing (lower than Walgreens but higher than Walmart) and the experience was as always A1. I went in to get some sporting gear and wound up finding exactly what I wanted. Thank you for having a great color and size variety. Even the bathroom was clean and that's always a plus in a world where germs are taking over at an all time high. Take your time when you come here because there is definitely something for everyone. When me and my friend went to the starbucks at this fellow target, the lady working there (her name was michelle) was very rude and was trying to deny us help. I guess the store overall is solid...not great but not terrible. Customer service is always good. Cleanliness of the store is ok. The sports card and gaming card section is a disaster. It's always the messiest area and is almost always empty. Don't ever plan on getting a gift from this area as you will strike out. Too many after market sellers hoard everything so it ends up on eBay or in card shops. It's a shame. read more

am tired of fighting their billing department for double charges for a single pick up transaction. In a space of a year, I have had to call them 3 separate times to have them reverse charges and most of their customer service representatives appear not to be concerned. This place is definitely one of the best target that I have ever been to! My husband took me here for a shopping spree as a part of his birthday gift for me and I really love the quality of their product. I bought some fresh food from their food aisle. Really like how they stock everything from place to place and every food they have is so fresh and still new. I also bought some on the alcohol aisle, some wine and also went to the clothing aisle. Their clothes here at Target are really good. I bought some for me and even for my husband and I am glad that it fits him. Their service is also phenomenal. They really assisted me when I was trying to find some cooking equipment as well as those for baking. They also state their opinion for some of the high quality products that they have. They really have everything in stock. Would definitely like to come back here once again for another time! Thank you guys for the wonderful service and great experience. I came here because they were giving things away for free! Okay, not really. But from the looks of the parking lot and the crazed customers inside, that's probably what you would have assumed. Why is this the busiest Target ever? With the busiest Starbucks ever? And the craziest/careless-est (?) drivers ever? If it were based off my stress inducing experience here, I probably would have been wavering around a 3, maybe even a 2.8... but I am in kind of a super b*tchy mood so on reg day we'll call it a 3.4- BUT the selection here is pretty b*tchin. I got ish here that's full price at my area Targets for 30- 75% off. I still spent much more than I was planning, of course- but can't complain about indulging my own spoils every so often. Overall- decent, but watch out for the whack pack on leave from the mental institution... all up in my biznesss, ackin' like they ain't never seen a Target before... just because they want to cut you off for some GD hair ties. Homie don't play that game, but I do feel better prepared for my next visit. I think I have to play it like prison and cut someone off in the parking lot so people know not to f*ck with me. read more

This is one of my favorite places to shop. First, with the location having a nice selection of groceries, it's a nice place for one-stop shopping. Second, there has never been a time in which we were not greeted warmly by the staff. Not to mention, they were always willing to help! Another reason I really enjoy this location is because of the hours and ambiance. I'm an early shopper, so I'm a first-open kinda guy. The store is well-lit, aisles are clearly marked, usually pretty well-stocked (though the bread selections could be better), and a fresh meats and produce section. In some minor instances the grocery selections aren't as good as they are in other stores(in terms of variety), but it's still good nonetheless. Normally when I shop, I like to go to what I want, then leave. Here, I always go aisle to aisle. Not the most efficient way to shop, but that's how much I love coming to this store. Anyhow, I also want to commend the management team. Unlike Walmart, I have never run into indifferent employees at this location, and I love the organization and cleanliness of the store as a whole. Though the prices here are still slightly more expensive than Walmart, I will gladly pay for the great service, attitude, and pleasant shopping experience. I really love the customer service at this Target. I normally window shop online, place an order to be picked up in store, and come here after work to grab my pieces. The employees here are always super helpful and don't seem agitated when you ask them for help! I once had to pick up two large wooden (particle board, actually) bookshelves and an employee wheeled it to my car and helped me unload it-- without me asking! This might be standard in some stores, but usually you have to heavily inquire :P They recently expanded. Because this is a super Target, there is a grocery section with a bakery, produce, deli, and a frozen foods area. Though the prices on groceries are not great, this makes Target an easy, quick one-stop shop. I vote 5 stars just for excellent CS alone. read more

Regardless, this Target in TP is fantastic! Their products are organized nicely, the employees are very helpful, and the store is always clean. This is a good Target. I reside in Cook County but I came here during the imposition of Toni "Queen Sugar" Preckwinkle's sugar tax to purchase all the pop and Gatorade I could fit in a cart. The store is huge. It combines your traditional department store with groceries. Food choices are solid. The produce section could have fresher products but it's not bad. It's right off Interstate 80 and parking is abundant. read more

I really love shopping at this Target even when I have nothing specific in mind. It's fun to browse through all the aisles. It was recently remodeled in the last few months and I honestly think it's more confusing and not anymore aesthetically pleasing. I think they have a lot of options in the ladies clothing section but the prices vary greatly. If they have great sales then the clothes are worth it but other times they are just as expensive as Kohl's. I still prefer to get cheap and basic clothes from Walmart. Unless it's packaged food or snacks, I stay away from the food at this location. The produce is not very good, especially considering the prices. I have better luck at Jewel. They do often have sales on food that are helpful, though. This store is great for little knick knacks and things you don't really need. I ALWAYS end up spending more money than planned because for the most part, I love the merchandise. This location loses a star because of the lack of good customer service. Most employees are monotone, disinterested, or just plain ignorant and rude. I just smile and get out through the check out as quickly as possible. read more

This isn't my usual target. But I stop here sometimes after work to pick up the essentials. The past few times I've stopped I have had HORRIBLE service. The check out people don't even say Hi. They roll their eyes when I say I have cartwheel. I bought a bottle of wine and they didn't even double bag it. It ended falling out of the bag in my kitchen and burst all over my floor. My last experience however is what sent me over the edge. I came in to make a return and was greeted by a rude girl at the customer service desk. I bought an item online and did in store pickup. The item didn't workout and I had to return it. I went in and they were so rude. Even asking me to step aside so they could help other people. Not sure what is happening at this store. But the workers here are horrible. Don't even approach the service desk. They will just roll their eyes and be rude the whole time. read more

I came to Tinley Park,IL to park my truck at my delivery location just down the road aways and unhooked my trailer to go get groceries . I call the Tinley Park target to see if I could bobtail there and do my shopping,response to this was yes but not overnight. I wasn't going to be there no more than an hour and a half. I get done and go to my truck and low and behold the Police are there giving parking tickets on private property of target.I told the officer that I had permission from the store.His response was "I don't give a damn what they(Target)"said.I want to know who in the hell was wrong ,the piece of shit cop or Target for setting me up for a hit. I just spent $128.00at this store, and now I have to wait till I get back home to return EVERYTHING I had bought there.From this point forward I will never shop nor haul there ,as a matter of fact I have a load going to the target DC,NOT ANYMORE ,!!!!!!!!.it's going back to the shipper in the morning. read more

This is a super target with a full line of grocery options. It appears that they are going to soon be offering more as their renovation is almost complete. The Starbucks was moved to the corner and they have opened up a large space for a wine/beer selection. The electronics department has been moved to the back of the store now. The customer service has not excited us in the past. But it is a target so we don't expect great service. I am not a Target fan nor even enjoy entering any of their stores. More of an anti-shopping person. But 3 starts are for the selection and ease of access. read more

They really need to work on getting curbside pickup orders complete. Almost every time we pick up an order something is missing. They also need to add more phones up at the customer service desk. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone there. Better of getting a hold of a different department and asking for a manager. read more

YAY SUPER TARGET! How can you not be a fan? Well, first off, this Target is in a great location, it's clean, well stocked/organized, and best of all it's right over that will/cook country border so you get to pay less sales tax! The only downside to Target is that you go there for cat litter and envelopes and you walk out with beer, pillows, tea, birthday cards, confetti, candles, 3 shirts, 2 pairs of shoes, and storage bins. WHOOPS! You probably forgot your cat litter. Its that love/hate relationship with Target where you're so thankful you can get everything in one foul swoop, but you almost hate that everything is appealing and pretty reasonably priced. I guess they've got their marketing scheme all figured out. For awhile, I abandoned my trusty Jewel for Target. I found a lot of things were cheaper and they had more of a selection in the things that I wanted or needed. I also prefer it over Wal-Mart. Lately, I don't have one set place that I go, but for things that I cannot get at Trader Joes, I'll snag over at this Super Target. It's in such a great area too. Especially over Christmas because it's right next to the Michaels and Best Buy. I always expect a borders or a book store to be over in this area. It just seems like it would be a perfect fit. The bathrooms are atrocious... No stall had paper, well that's not fully true, one did.. But there was urine all over the seat. My husband's adventure to the latrine ended abruptly as well... The rims there were decorated with excrement.... Other than the post holiday picked over, leftovers... It's not bad... Up that bathroom game target.... Just plain unsanitary. read more

I was in today and we so amazed that the cashier that was "helping" me was also carrying on a conversation with the cashier behind me in the other lane. I moved aside twice so these two young ladies could talk easier. I finally apologized for cutting into their talk time, and asked if I was bothering them to much. The cashier that was "helping" me tossed my change at me and turned her head away. I did call the manager on duty and he told me there was nothing he could do unless I had written down their name. There was no way from the receipt to know which cashier helped us. Another Big Box Mart that does not care about customer service or the public. I will be looking for other places in the area to spend my money. Mariano's and Brookhaven are very nice to people and their prices are about the same. read more
