Hey fellow Yelp users! I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am…read more- 11:00 am. Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I'm a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe. Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. They didn't play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn't play music right away. Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn't too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can't return cologne since it wasn't sealed. Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. I hope this review helps Ross & its current and future customers. My mother's coat and the purse she came in with were off and right next to the manager. She told her " you can't walk away with the purse!!" She then said it again and when my mom said she was insulting and she was rude she screamed at her and said , " I'm not selling you anything!" Security then came over and then my mom decided to leave. I then called to get the full name of the manager and was told she was busy and was hung up on! Be careful of spending your hard earned dollars here. This establishment was better managed years ago and now it is doing this! They refused a sale of $150.00 all because of the racial profiling of a Bigot of a manager. This is wrong!!!

Employee on the floor was very helpful, and she pointed us to what we needed/wanted. This is next door to GNC, but it's night and day. I imagine on big sale days this smaller store can get crowded and you would for sure bump into people. Cashier was friendly and all smiles. Appreciate the service.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, handed a bag and asked if I needed help finding anything. I was looking for a specific candle and the employee brought me over to the display and let me know to find her if I needed any other help. I browsed the rest of the store and grabbed a few things and then checked out. The cashier was equally wonderful! Everyone had their masks on and there were social distancing markers all over the floors and by the registers. Of course the products I bought smell amazing. I am so happy with Bath and Body Works products and I usually order offline because I didn't even know there was a stand alone store in my area but this will be one of my new go-to shops from now on. Great experience, friendly staff, wonderful products and amazing deals.

A & R Screening responded promptly to all my questions and even added on a shirt last minute for a late participant. The shirts were ready more than a week before game time and pick up was smooth. My order (sizes/fits) was 100% accurate. There were over 30 teams at the softball tournament and I was told several times that our team definitely won best uniforms. They have a deli case packed with Polish classics that will keep you coming back. Several pierogi, fantastic kielbasa that's smoked just enough for me, potato pancakes, golabkis (stuffed cabbage)... that's just the start of it. Food is served 11a - 7p Monday thru Saturday. They're closed on Sunday. Prices are ridiculously cheap: $5.99 for a meat and 2 sides or $7.49 for 2 meats and 2 sides. Half-chicken and 2 sides for $7.99. Whole chicken and potatoes for $7.99. How they do it and keep the quality so high, I have no idea, but I'm lovin' it. As for the liquor store side, fairly typical low-brow south burb options. They have a few options from Bells, Sierra, etc. Otherwise the Millers and Buds dominate. That's OK.
