I wasn't really looking for anything specific, but I had some returns to do and wanted to check out the clearance section. There's only 1 entrance at this Target location and lots of parking. I'm assuming because it's not as big as other Target locations where there are 2 entrances. Bathroom: The bathroom is located on the far right side of the store near the entrance. The bathroom was very clean! Always love a clean public bathroom! Customer Service: The customer service experience was okay. I wanted to do my returns first since the exchanges & returns area is closest to the entrance, but there was no one in that area when I came. I waited about 10 minutes and still no one came, so I ended up doing some shopping and then doing returns last. When I was checking out, a cashier was talking to a customer for a good 5-10 minutes. I already laid all my stuff I was going to buy on the checkout counter and the customer already paid for her stuff. I low key could've gone to another cashier and would've checked out faster. Merchandise: This Target location had some decent stuff. The clearance section was so huge. There were clearance sections in different parts of the store, but I had a blast in the clearance area in the women's section. Definitely bigger than other Targets I've been to and I was able to find really good deals like $3 shirts and $9 black slacks for work, so I'm happy with my purchases. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a good shopping experience at Target at the Crestwood location. The only feedback I have is ensuring that there's at least 1 person in the exchanges & returns area always just in case customers come by. Maybe adding a bell or something that can signal staff that there are customers in the exchanges & returns area would help!? Just my thoughts here! Overall, the store was easy to navigate & I'm happy with my purchases. I hope this review helps Target in the Crestwood location, Target in general, & its current and future customers. If…read morethe store ever has 'tanks' out it's because on a daily basis the shelves are being restocked, get permission from an employee so you can dig through the merchandise that is being put out. Any clutter, I've been told, is because the store has an extremely small processing room and there is no other option but to push out extra merchandise. Also, If you're going to criticize customer service don't forget to point out customer manners & flaws. I have seen customers act like animals. Customers will go in and act like children. Making mess, insisting they get their way even with set policies. It's truly embarrassing. This past year there has been shameless people walking out with thousands of dollars in merchandise! These employees are doing the best they can. They aren't perfect, & majority of them are young so don't forget that!

It's been multiple times at this location where I have experienced and have witnessed how they give customers a hard time because of lack of knowledge.

I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I'm a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe. Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. They didn't play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn't play music right away. Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn't too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can't return cologne since it wasn't sealed. Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. I hope this review helps Ross & its current and future customers.
