I wasn't really looking for anything specific, but I had some returns to do and wanted to check out the clearance section. There's only 1 entrance at this Target location and lots of parking. I'm assuming because it's not as big as other Target locations where there are 2 entrances. Bathroom: The bathroom is located on the far right side of the store near the entrance. The bathroom was very clean! Always love a clean public bathroom! Customer Service: The customer service experience was okay. I wanted to do my returns first since the exchanges & returns area is closest to the entrance, but there was no one in that area when I came. I waited about 10 minutes and still no one came, so I ended up doing some shopping and then doing returns last. When I was checking out, a cashier was talking to a customer for a good 5-10 minutes. I already laid all my stuff I was going to buy on the checkout counter and the customer already paid for her stuff. I low key could've gone to another cashier and would've checked out faster. Merchandise: This Target location had some decent stuff. The clearance section was so huge. There were clearance sections in different parts of the store, but I had a blast in the clearance area in the women's section. Definitely bigger than other Targets I've been to and I was able to find really good deals like $3 shirts and $9 black slacks for work, so I'm happy with my purchases. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a good shopping experience at Target at the Crestwood location. The only feedback I have is ensuring that there's at least 1 person in the exchanges & returns area always just in case customers come by. Maybe adding a bell or something that can signal staff that there are customers in the exchanges & returns area would help!? Just my thoughts here! Home Goods opened at 8 but it was pouring rain so I did not get there till 10am. It was packed..like all of Oak Lawn thought it was the last day on earth. Home Goods knocked it out of the park with plenty of staff, cashiers, helpers to load your car, a packed store with all your favorite design items. They had staff keeping shelves arranged and tidying up aisles. Expediters would find you a cart person to move your item up front because if you left it- it would be gone to some other customer who was faster than you. They had a beautiful champagne frosted mirror foyer table I got for $50 less than Minnesota when I was there. The aisles are a little tight but who cares when you are in heaven. It was men, women, couples, the whole neighborhood must have arrived. Parking lost is spacious but packed that day. They had people keeping carts back in from the lot. You could feel the frenzy and delight of us all as we found great deals, rugs,furniture, lamps, mirrors, linens, beautiful art work drapes and accessories. It is always a happy place when I see beautiful things like that. Well planned opening with well trained people, plenty of staff who were very nice and free Home Goods huge Shopping bags you could keep on entry as you arrived and take home. It replaced the store across from Ford City and so much better an arena to shop at.

Hey fellow Yelp users! I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am…read more- 11:00 am. Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I'm a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe. Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. They didn't play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn't play music right away. Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn't too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can't return cologne since it wasn't sealed. Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. I hope this review helps Ross & its current and future customers.
