The worst part about this store is the lack of a customer service desk and the cashier had difficulty understanding English. She had a hard time understanding the concept of an even exchange for two identically priced items when I presented her with the two pairs of pants and my cash receipt from a few days ago. The pricing was an ok value. The selection of men's sweaters was almost nonexistent. It was bad enough to wait in line once, twice was too much. Plus they didn't react at all to the extra long wait. Meh...hire more cashiers. It should never be a case where your line is wrapped around the store with 2 cashiers working. Get better stuff at your store. I always note that Burlington at other locations have more selections. read more

I haven't been to a Burlington CF in awhile, but after my experience here last week I may have to start shopping here more often. This BCF had a big selection of just about every department I love: accessories, scarves, dog clothes, and clothing. Each section also had a big clearance section too, bringing the already low prices down even more. My biggest score was a royal blue dress that I'm going to wear to my friend's wedding for $6. Since the seasons are changing now, there were big sales on a lot of the clothing and tons of great deals. Downfall of my great shopping experience: they only had 2 check out registers open even though there were at least 5 people in line at each register. It took us at least 20 minutes to get through checkout. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal but it made an otherwise 5-star experience turn into a 4-star rating. read more

I like Burlington coat factory. You can find some really cool things in there. I just bought some kick ass snow boots, and two pair of shoes and my purchase was under $100 for brand name! That also have all kinds of shoes, clothing, and coats. My biggest problem with them are the sizes are always off. At first it I thought it was me, but it isn't. I am a men's 2x and the 4x size clothing sometimes is way too tight. My boyfriend has had the same experience. I did notice a sweater than I bought my boyfriend at Burlington for 20 bucks when I paid 60 at JCPenney. I was not a happy camper, but then I noticed the stitching and buttons were off. I'm wondering if they get reject clothes from the Stores?? My next big gripe is that Burlington carries a lot of "Rapper" brands for 2x that I don't wear. (Rocawear, Sean Jean, Coogi, etc)I am not a fan of those labels & I don't like to have labels plastered all over my clothes especially those. I'm not into the big baggy look. Once in awhile I will find a shirt but for the most part I will stick to shoes and coats! read more

Store is fairly clean, clothes seem always organized, and there's always a good variety of items I seek and workers are very polite. Although one worker was very rude and I didn't feel very welcome in the atmosphere. She spoke as if she had something against me and I felt very unwelcome.
