They have good quality fabrics and especially good quality thread. They repair sewing machines, so when the old 1960s Kenmore machine I bought needed a cleaning and adjustment I brought it in. It was returned cleaned, oiled and with a new correct needle. I also purchased a set of needles for different things. I mostly just mend clothing, but I have a periodic older visitor who uses the machine for her quilting projects, so I wanted it to be in top shape. In addition they sell very high quality machines that are borderline commercial systems you can program to do all kinds of fancy projects. Service here is very friendly. They also have classes!

But today I took an actual class on machine embroidery and had a blast. I learned so much and learned how to do things correctly. Being self taught isn't always the best. My intention was to save up more money for a sewing only Babylock machine. But they had a trade in embroidery and sewing machine for the exact same price as the new machine. After some testing of the machine and negotiations with the husband the Adventura II came home with me. For the class I used a Babylock Aria that had ALL the bells and whistles. My first vest I bought from here was a great deal so, my new vest had to come from Victory Leathers. I had picked it out online. Called Eddie to make sure they had one. I drive over 70 miles one way is the reason for calling. The first one I wanted was a bit tight. No problem, Eddie had a size bigger. I bought the, "Leather Vest with Buffalo Nickle Snaps", and love it. Eddie sewed on 13 patches of various sizes. It was around 11:45 when I got there and finished the complete sale and headed home around 12:25. Thank you again for doing another great job for me.

I went in to the shop and found a beautiful piece of fluorite. As I went to check out the employee…read moretold me my total and I was about to pay. I mentioned how much I love fluorite and he immediately picked it up and dropped it very hard (fluorite is a 3-4 on the Mohs hardness scale) He said he accidentally rung it up as clear quartz and that he would have to charge the correct fluorite price -Totally fine! I was disappointed because the piece that I wanted chipped with the fall. When I mentioned it had chipped his whole stance changed and he became very agitated and said that he would not sell me the piece because "it's damaged and needs to be thrown out" I said that I would like to know the correct price so I can still purchase it and he refused. He was very snarky and rude. I was confused and disheartened. As I was leaving the store, I turned around and he was flipping me off! When I told him that was hurtful he became very aggressive and agile. His negative attitude triggered my anxiety badly. He made me feel afraid when he stood at the door glaring at me as I left. I was afraid to go to my car because of how long he stood there. I contacted the manager and she was in disbelief about the situation until she watched the video. She seemed apologetic and said for me to come out to their warehouse so that her and her husband can show me that that's not how they run things. Upon arrival, she makes a bunch of excuses for the employees behavior (her brother in law) and says she has temporarily let him go so that he can work on his mental health. She then warned me of how upset her husband was that he had to let his brother go from the store and that any negativity he had was not meant towards me but was consequence of his brother not working at the store anymore. I went hours out of my way to drive all the way to this warehouse only to feel uncomfortable shopping a second time from someone in the same family/shop. The crystals there were still pretty expensive and were dusty and dirty. I made a reasonable purchase and was very respectful throughout the whole experience. It seems like they valued a sale more than an actual connection with a customer. I did not want to write this review but after the owners response I feel like I need to share my poor experience.
