Without his store front on Jefferson Street? I swear to God, I would think the world is ending. The quality of his jewelry knows no end! I have seen rare volcanic diamonds that could only be obtained by crossing the world over. Dave Nelson is one of those people that you rarely, if ever, come across in a lifetime. If you have jewelry that you need him to validate? He is always the first one to be generous enough to do it, even if there's nothing to validate in an endless pile. No one else does this, trust me, I have tried. When my mother passed from breast cancer? I had so much questionable jewelry and there was no one or where to go that would check it all, except Dave. He was there for me, professionally, and always has been. Dave is exceptionally generous. His son is also one of my very best friends. If I could cover all of the times that Dave was there for me as child? I would. How many times he put dinner on the table for me while I had none? How many times he stuck up for me to bullies? How many times he had pig roasts and invited the entire community? I could go on, forever. This place? These people? They defy quality and kindness. They show you the very definition of "Class".

Got referred to David nelson from another private jeweler in my search of someone to appraise a ring for me. Asked Kathy a couple questions and after she heard about how my father set the stone she immediately got snotty with me and told me don't bring the ring in, and that she doesn't have time for this and hung up. Will never be doing business with these hacks ever again. Heard nice things about them just for that to be my first impression. Nice going Kathy. Will be telling all my friends and family about this and my family reaches wide Kathy. The ring you were gonna appraise was Johnny red Kerr's ring and that diamond out of the ring you could've slapped a big price tag on that for that alone on a different band. The recognition knowing that the ring was in your hands might've brought in business. But you'll never know. Hoping those 84 "jobs" you have are worth it. Didn't know being a jeweler was hard work. You wouldn't know what working hard was if it was staring you in the face. What a joke. Just a warning to anyone that considers shopping with these hacks is that they are exactly that. 0/10 do not recommend.
