Thanks Mike for a fair best price and an honest transaction. I would bring my scrap gold here again.

Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

Finding a good watchmaker is pretty hard today. It's next to impossible to find one that services…read moreSwiss watches, in the US. I brought my Swiss chronograph, 300m watch into Fast-Fix to see if they would be able to service it. They stated they would need to send it out for service and it could take "a while" (as everything has been, in the post pandemic world). To my surprise, the watch was repaired and ready, within 2 weeks. The cost was quite reasonable for the repair. About a month after I picked up the watch, I wore it outside on a humid day. It was obvious the watch shop did not properly seal my watch, as humidity built up inside of it, within an hour. I brought it back to Fast-Fix, I was a bit surprised that their initial response was "you didn't ask for a pressure test" - again this is a 300m Swiss watch - who wouldn't want the watch to work they way it's designed? They took the watch back and said they would get it properly sealed. While the initial repair was reasonably quick, this time around was definitely not. After one month I called for an update, "it's still out for repair, we will call the repair place and get back to you with an update". No update received, called back in two weeks... same reply, no update. This continued for 90 days. I even left a voicemail stating I want my watch returned repaired or not... with no reply. At this point I was concerned I'd never see my watch again, Fast Fix had stopped answering or returning my calls. I walked into the store, on a Monday, 91 days after giving them the watch back. Low and behold, my watch was in the shop, they claimed it had 'just come back on Friday' and they were testing it over the weekend. They provided proof of pressure check and stated all gaskets had been replaced. There were no additional charges. The watch works well now, no more moisture issues and the movement (the initial repair reason) is restored. While I understand repairs taking longer than expected... providing decent communication to customers is necessary. Especially when dealing with jewelry.

Great pricing, professional quality service,Also the timeline of work on items are very goodread more
