Best jeweler in town! Thank you so much Michael for fixing my late husbands necklace. Our son will be so happy to be able to wear it again. It's something he cherishes. And my rings look beautiful and brand new after a touch up of rhodium plating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a very honest, kind and caring jeweler to go see Michael at Diamonds on 95th in Hickory Hill. He does amazing work. read more

My wife and I came to Mike and we couldn't be happier with the service, price and the quality of the jewelry he gas. I/we highly recommend them. Thank you Mike. From Lori & Jeff read more

My fiancé and I ( mostly me) researched rings for a LONG time before finding this jeweler's eBay store (Diamond Depot). At any rate, he purchased the ring and the package came..... With no ring inside. Thankfully, it was just an error and Mike sent it out to us. Additionally, he is very available and has already done additional work on the ring free of charge. I'm so glad we took the route of someone local and someone who is personally invested in his business. I honestly don't think we would have gotten such quick service with bigger jewelers like Zales, Kay's, etc. PLUS, my ring is super unique.... Unlike the aforementioned companies' rings. Highly recommend him! read more

Couldn't be any more satisfied with the service and sales at LD Jewelers! Michael was very informative and very knowledgeable about all of the many styles and specifications of engagement rings/diamonds. He made the process stress-free and was very flexible with my busy schedule to take the time and meet me at the store after hours. He kept me updated during the whole process of how my order was coming along, and was able to make me a custom ring at a more affordable price when compared to those other chain jewelry stores. I was referred to Michael from a family relative when I started the search for a ring, and I would not hesitate to spread the word when someone I know is in need of quality service in the future. Not only did I get a beautiful ring, I also got a YES from the love of my life. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome! read more

We've been going to LD Jewelers for almost 20 years ! Ever since my husband bought my engagement ring with them. Dealing with Lenny & Michael has always been a above and beyond outcome. I recently had a custom made medallion done for my husband and what an amazing turnout it was! Michael and I went back and forth on sizing, style, etc. until it was what I wanted. The patience, the professionalism, and talent LD Jewelers provides you , makes it feel like your family and not just another customer. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable staff at this family-owned and operated shop. The options are vast and they can help design custom pieces as well. I've purchased a wedding band and a necklace for mother's day from here and have been very happy with both purchases. I also sent my mom here recently and she absolutely loved the options and ended up with two pieces. Also, I haven't used their repair shop however my mom has and she was quite happy with the experience. This adds a level of comfort that you can get repairs and cleanings handled while you wait or without worrying about shipping incidents. I can't say enough about our experiences at LD! read more

We love LD Jewelers! My husband and I both got our wedding bands from there and are always very happy with the service and the prices. I had a loose stone in my band (after a few years of abuse) and it was fixed quickly and for free. I have had a ring sized on the same day, whereas most jewelers require a few days for this. My jewelry is always returned to me sparkling clean. I have dealt with both father and son and both are always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. LD Jewelers also buys old jewelry. I referred a friend to them who wanted to sell her old diamond and she was able to get a new piece and some cash. She was very happy!! read more

I recently got engaged and was given an heirloom engagement ring, which was beautifully re-plated and polished here at LD Jewelers. My fiancé insisted we go back to LD all the way from the Northwest side of Chicago for the re-sizing, and now I understand why! Mike was so helpful to us, and the folks working on the jewelry did a fantastic job. Specifically, my engagement ring has an engraved message from the couple it belonged to originally, which is very precious to me. Given that the ring had to be cut about 2 whole sizes down (tiny fingers), I was concerned and expected that some of the message would be cut off. Somehow, some way, Mike and his team did the seemingly impossible and preserved all the engraving. The prices for services were very reasonable, and the customer service was wonderful, too. I am very happy that we brought my ring back to LD and will definitely be solely entrusting my ring to them in the event of any future adjustments. Thank you, Mike! read more

The owner\partner has contacted me directly to address the issue and I consider it over. As long as someone has taken responsibility for the issue at hand I have no probems. So, for that I say good job. read more

I was referred to this jeweler about 2 years ago by the wife of my former jeweler that passed away. These people are as honest as it gets-which is HUGE in this business-and I find their prices to be very competitive. Jewelry repairs are very reasonable. I don't live close, but they are definitely worth the drive. read more

After receiving bad customer service at Jared's, and quoted exorbitant prices and time at James and Sons for a simple chain repair, I found this place and was relieved to be quoted reasonable price and time for repair. Michael and his father were very friendly and pleasant to work with. A+ read more

Once again the good people @ LD impressed me with their professionalism and skills. I had very specific styles in mind for an engagement ring and wedding band. They truly delivered! They found the perfect stones and setting - I even had the band custom made. My fiancé gets compliments all the time on her beautiful ring and flawless stone. I must say, getting the rings proved to be one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding. read more

I happened on this jeweler while searching for a Quizznos restaurant that is no longer there. I had a ring that needed repairing so I stopped by. Mike was courteous, friendly, and the price for the repair was very reasonable. When I went back I met Mike's mom and dad who were equally friendly and very accommodating. I inquired about some earrings and a day later I got a call that the earrings were in. Mike's mom got them per my request. I am very pleased with the family atmosphere and the customer service I received because as an advocate of excellent customer service, I believe that your first impression is lasting. I give LD Jewelers a Felicia's Thumbs Up! read more

Len did both of our wedding bands that he custom designed. We brought in pictures of what we wanted and he could not have made them any better. It was also at about half the cost if we were to buy it from the other Jeweler. His prices are unbeatable and he's extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

My husband bought my engagement ring here 6 years ago and we also purchased our wedding bands from Ld Jewelers. I love my ring! The owner and his son are very nice, I go there about every 3-6 months for my free polish & cleaning. I've also purchased a pendant and had rings resized! Highly recommend them for all your Jewelry needs!! read more

The wife and I really enjoy coming here. Father and son do an excellent job running the store. They are very friendly and work to ensure the customer is happy. There prices are very good as well. Definitely a jeweler you can trust. read more

Very dissappointed with the service. I went in for a simple engagement ring appraisal. He basically said my fiancee got ripped off and LD Jewelers could have sold a ring for 1/2 the price and with better diamonds. He even had the nerve to ask "Did he actually pay that much for the ring"? I told him all I want is an appraisal--which i don't think is very hard for a jewerly business to do and easy money for them! Ended up taking my ring and leaving! What a low blow--I don't care what kind of ring I got, how much it cost, or what kind of diamonds. I am very happy with the ring my fiancee picked out and would not change it for the world! Way to let business walk out the door! read more
