The last few times I've gotten the balloons, they've lasted less than 10 hours. It was a little disappointing, but I thought this is probably standard. A week ago I needed two clusters of balloons again. So I went to my favorite balloon store. I happened to mention to the young ladies behind the counter about noticing how short of a time the balloons last. One of the young ladies asked, "you don't get the spray inside of the balloons?" I was intrigued so I asked, "what spray?" She explained that there is a pump spray that they put in the balloons before inflating them that will help the balloons to last 24 hours instead of 8 to 10 hours as I had experienced. it was a few cents more per balloon. But I thought, "what the heck? Why not?" I purchased my balloon clusters on a Friday at four in the afternoon. It is now the following Thursday at four in the afternoon. A full seven days. The balloons are still inflated, still bright and colorful, and still impressive. A little bit of the shine has gone. But that's not a big deal. I'm so happy they told me about the spray. It has made a huge difference. From now on, I will always get the spray to make sure the balloons last this long and possibly longer! Do yourself a favor when buying balloons at It'zaparty and spend the extra few cents for the spray. Thank you It'zaparty!

Only one staff lady reached out to see if i needed help on the first floor, no one else looked at me when i was checking things out upstairs but that's alright, i don't mind since i could cruise the floor in peace. The setups are nice and organized. The store felt really clean. The demo setups had some stylings that I could see in my own home. Given some of the prices of the dining room tables I would have to really be in love with the setup. They do have custom ordering upstairs where they have designers who can help you choose materials and styles. All in all didn't have a purchase today but i liked the store itself.

Backing was lumpy, the tassels were haphazardly arranged with a missing piece front and centered(missing piece was our fault, but I was hoping they would have turned the tassel so it wasn't visible), the sash I included had pins visible, and most disappointing thing was that they kept the original mat which was scuffed and ripped in several places. It wasn't ever vocalized that the price didn't include a new mat, nor did anyone catch this and call me to recommend a new one for a better look. I would've sincerely appreciate a phone call and a recommendation, even if it cost more. The surprise and two week wait later was really disappointing. Even if it was explicit in price I had said Ive never done this before. You'd just really think that if I was willing to spend the money that I would want it to look very nice and new :( When I brought it back, employees were again- very nice. But I had to pay an extra $20? 30? To get a new mat. The original had a smaller one within the large so if I wanted it to look like that I had to pay double for two mats. ($60!)
